20/07/2025: Nice and clean location, very beautiful flowers outside, a little less nice the plastic tables, average dishes in my opinion, fresh fish, of course it would be better to debone it but everyone in their own place serves it as they prefer, pasta second too salty, but even in this case everyone serves it in their own way, pizza too heavy we were unable to finish it, efficient and kind staff, I'm sorry to say that I agree with various reviews I've read, I agree that the owner's attitude (I presume?) penalizes the place a lot, quite rude

02/07/2025: As a restaurateur, I know what it means to manage a sudden change in a reservation: we started with a table of 10 and arrived with 22, all communicated promptly as the diners were added... and I fully understand the discomfort that a situation like this can create. Precisely to facilitate the service and allow for smooth management, we ourselves proposed a single menu for everyone.
Since the diners were coming from different parts of Italy, and we spared no expense... we wanted to offer them a taste of the local cuisine, perhaps with a selection of appetizers, a couple of first courses and a typical second course. Instead, with an attitude not inclined to discussion and almost annoyed, we were forced to choose a menu consisting of an appetizer and a mixed grill. No real openness to dialogue, no alternative proposal. We let it slide - there was no point in arguing.
The food? Excellent, nothing to say.
The location? Simply wonderful.
But let me say, with all understanding and respect between colleagues: a smile costs nothing, and it makes all the difference.
Welcoming with courtesy, especially large groups, is a fundamental part of hospitality. Even the best cuisine loses part of its value if the person serving it seems almost disturbed by our presence.
With a little more empathy and human warmth, the experience would have been truly perfect
25/06/2025: A pleasant surprise. The service is professional and fast, and the cuisine is simple but well-executed. My risotto allo scoglio was rich in seafood and well-seasoned. Fish isn't easy to find in Tuscany, and here you can have the first and second courses made with fish!
The rum baba was very good. I'll be back!
