Some flaws in the service:
with a little more attention some small gaps would be filled.
Eg: if a customer orders a steak or a cut, always ask for the type of cooking.

11/08/2024: I have 2 most wonderful weeks in Italy! My experience tonight in this restaurant was the worst of my trip! Most unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Had to ask for everything 2-3 times. The food was really bad! How do you NOT get spaghetti carbonara right?? (at 15 Euro). Spaghetti was undercooked and half of the dish was garlic! Super expensive and super bad! WITH a 6 Euro service fee for NO service!
