An absolute must-see if you're in the Artimino area. We stopped for a snack and found ourselves immersed in an authentic and unforgettable gastronomic experience.
The platter was a journey through Tuscan flavors: typical local cured meats and cheeses, accompanied by a caramelized onion whose sweetness perfectly enhanced every bite.
All paired with excellent local wines — a pairing that captures the essence of this region.
But what makes the place truly special is the welcoming and friendly staff — genuine warmth, no frills, that Tuscan friendliness that makes you feel immediately at home.
A rustic and quaint setting, a relaxed atmosphere. A place where the food speaks of the region with pride and passion.

28/05/2026: This restaurant was a spontaneous stop during our day, while searching for places to eat near where we were walking, and it turned out to be an incredible surprise.
Everything was absolutely delicious, from the starters to the main courses, desserts, and wines. Samanta’s service was exceptional — truly one of the best dining experiences and services we have had in all of Italy. We will definitely remember her kindness and attention.
The food was outstanding, especially the cod and the truffle steak tartare. In fact, it was the best steak tartare we have eaten so far in all of Europe.
We highly recommend this place, hidden away in a small Tuscan village, and we already hope to come back someday.

05/06/2026: It was a great decision to eat here. It's well worth the trip. The place is lovely, both the setting and the garden, but the staff makes it even better. The food is made with so much love, and it shows.
We'll definitely be back.
01/06/2026: Wow! This restaurant is absolutely fantastic! We had the homemade pasta (a dream!) and then the roasted chicken with arugula and Parmesan. The boiled beans on the side were incredibly delicious, and everything was perfectly balanced. One of the best restaurants we've ever been to (and we really love to eat!).
The restaurant is just a 2-minute walk from the main square. The ambiance is lovely, both inside and out. The service is also top-notch! Make the short trip; you won't regret it! Highly recommended!

01/08/2025: Ciro and his team are absolutely fantastic. Their attention to detail is second to none, and the food and wine are simply outstanding. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and nothing is ever too much trouble.
We visited twice during our stay and both evenings were exceptional. From start to finish, everything was perfect – a true highlight of our trip and a meal I will always remember.
Ciro and his team are a true credit to the Meliá.
Highly recommended!
17/07/2025: Ho cenato in questo posto incantevole perchè alloggiavo nel borgo, ha una vista sulla villa dei cento camini e sulle colline.
Cibo ottimo e buona la scelta dei vini. Ho apprezzato anche l'olio di produzione della Tenuta Artimino.

27/06/2025: Lunedì sera, quindi locale non troppo affollato. Ordiniamo la pizza alle 21, arriva alle 22.20. Sbagliano il conto 3 volte quindi ulteriore perdita di tempo di mezz’ora con la cassiera che dava pure la colpa a noi per il conto sbagliato. Senza parole, non ci rimetteremo piede mai più.
19/05/2025: Ho frequentato per diverso tempo questo posto rimanendoci spesso male per l atteggiamento sgarbato e per nulla empatico di alcuni membri del personale, soprattutto da parte della barista/cassiera. Il motivo? Una stravaganza da me richiesta: un semplice bicchiere d acqua al posto del litro d acqua che in ogni modo han cercato di propinarmi a ogni pasto. A nulla è valso spiegar loro che nn bevo quasi ai pasti perché sennò sto male. Ho assitito a un crescendo di atteggiamenti provocatori al limite dell infantilismo, incluso il farmi attendere minuti alla cassa mentre, la cassiera, mi preparava davanti cabaret interi di caffè da servire ai vari tavoli, semplicemente per farmi attendere. Mai mi sono imbattuto in una tale commistione di cattiveria e arroganza e di locali ne frequento di continuo per il mio lavoro. Spero che il titolare legga questa recensione così da capire che gente paga. Sconsiglio vivamente questo posto a chi cerchi, assieme a un pasto, un po' di sincera empatia e cordialità. Ne sono sprovvisti. A chi voglia andare, auguro di entrar nelle simpatie della barista/cassiera
