28/01/2026: Excellent place, after the bad news of its closure at the end of the year, the good news is that it's reopening with a truly talented chef from Casoli, apparently, along with the help of Rita and, I hope, the old staff, who are truly brilliant. It would have been a shame if it hadn't happened.

01/03/2026: An extremely disappointing experience
I'd like to point out that my visit to this establishment was a complete failure.
The atmosphere is characterized by an unpleasant dampness and a musty, moldy odor that makes the atmosphere unhealthy. The state of the premises is particularly worrying: widespread neglect and a clear lack of hygiene make the environment grotesque and repulsive to any diner.
As for the food, the situation doesn't improve: the dishes were worryingly poor in quality. Ultimately, the gap between the restaurant's ambitions and the reality seemed unbridgeable. Therefore, I strongly advise against visiting such a run-down establishment.
06/12/2025: Excellent cuisine, excellent hospitality, excellent value for money, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

13/09/2025: Wonderful little place!
On our way back from a trip to the area, we decided to extend our stay and stop here for dinner. It was a delightful experience with very hospitable service. They had fresh porcini mushrooms picked that day and brought us a truly generous tagliatelle, which we devoured! It's a shame the tray wasn't edible, otherwise we would have eaten that too. Thank you, and see you soon!

27/07/2025: Ristorante il un luogo da sogno in mezzo alla natura, locale semplice cibo ottimo , paste fatte a mano , gusti caserecci servizio ottimo torneremo sicuro.
11/05/2025: Per il pranzo della domenica ci siamo recati per la prima volta in questo ristorante.
Siamo arrivati e una signora molto gentile ci ha accompagnato al tavolo, poi è venuta un'altra signora, credo la titolare a proporci il menù, con tanto garbo e gentilezza ci ha proposto delle vere delizie, ci aspettavamo la solita cucina
tradizionale, invece dall'antipasto al dolce erano tutte proposte di cucina toscana sapientemente rivisitata e davvero sopraffina. Siamo stati veramente bene, tutto buonissimo e tutto preparato da loro, dalla pasta fatta in casa ai dolci.
I prezzi sono più che ragionevoli.
Ci è piaciuta tanto l'atmosfera, aria di famiglia che ti fa stare bene, se avete voglia di immergervi in un luogo di assoluta pace immerso nel verde dell'appennino toscano è il posto giusto per voi.
Vi consiglio anche una visita alla splendida chiesa poco distante dal ristorante, un vero gioiello.
Mi sento proprio di consigliare questo ristorante, se lo meritano per la dedizione e
l'impegno con cui portano avanti la loro attività.

05/09/2024: Siamo stati in questo ristorante che si trova vicino a dove abbiamo alloggiato, antipasto molto buono con pane fatto in casa, il pane che accompagnava il tagliere di affettati, i primi e i dolci tutti fatti in casa erano eccezionali in più il cameriere ci ha fatto assaggiare la pasta fritta che non avevamo ordinato, la fiorentina era buona.
Cameriere gentile e disponibile, se passeremo ancora, ci andremo di nuovo.

24/11/2024: Andiamo spesso in questa trattoria e sinceramente ci troviamo benissimo, ambiente pulitissimo, i cibi della cucina toscana sono ottimi ed il personale disponibile e gentilissimo , ogni volta che siamo nei pressi in quelle zone ci fermiamo presso l'ottimo locale i borghesi, ormai è diventata una tappa fissa . Bravi..!! Consigliatissimo.
