26/05/2025: The restaurant and pizzeria “Geranio Cucina Siciliana a Km ∅” is an excellent discovery for those who love authentic Sicilian cuisine and long-leavened pizzas. The raw materials are of the highest quality, carefully selected to enhance the genuine flavors of tradition. The pizzas, light and easily digestible, are distinguished by their carefully prepared dough and fresh ingredients. The interior of the restaurant is welcoming, with attention to detail and conveys a warm and familiar atmosphere. The exterior, however, is less charming due to the passage of cars on the street and does not do justice to the excellence of the interior. Overall, a recommended address for those looking for authentic flavors and a pleasant environment.

13/05/2025: Disappointed by the insistent and impersonal service. The food is excellent, the 6-course themed menus are expensive but tasty. However, we expect a better experience for the very high price; the service is too insistent and not discreet enough (we were constantly refilled with water and insistently offered a new bottle immediately, people came to see us several times in a row insisting on more wine...), not warm enough, the wines by the glasses recommended by the sommelier were good but formed a poor pairing with the dishes. Overall, this overly present service spoils the experience, the gastronomic quality of which is certainly there; also a little disappointed by the pasta with capers, which was far too salty. The other dishes were delicious. Special mention for the desserts, refined and very good, which made us discover unsuspected facets of Sicilian almonds and pistachios.

12/03/2025: We chose the restaurant based on the good reviews. Unfortunately, I can't understand it at all. The service was bored and disinterested, Sicilian specialties were basically out. A wet plate with wet packets of salt came to the table without comment with bread and half a bottle of oil. I would have liked to have ordered olives and a piece of peccorino cheese as the bread was fresh and delicious. The waiter didn't look at us, even though we and two others were the only guests. A simple insalata mista for €10 consisted of a flat dessert plate, also flatly filled. Then some iceberg lettuce and some radiccio. The main course, touristy calamari fritti, was OK, but overpriced for the quantity and simplicity. It's a shame, with more interest in the guest we could have overlooked such mistakes. And we would have liked to have left money for la dolce vita if it had been available!!
