02/03/2024: A place that doesn't look like anything special from the outside. Once inside, however, it is refined but not too elegant. Excellent quality food, menu with not too many dishes but cooked with attention and creativity. Prices slightly high for the area but the fish is fresh and cooked very well. We took an appetizer "in our own way" more crudités. Excellent finger starter with fish balls, octopus on potato pie, tuna tartare and more (see photo). Then a plate of homemade tagliatelle with burratina, sea urchins and prawns, a second course of swordfish rolls with Nebrodi provola on a bed of vegetables. Two desserts, a delicious panna cotta and a wonderful chocolate flan. Two glasses of white wine, water and a glass of passito (offered) all for 84 euros, not a little but fair enough for the attention and quality of the dishes.

06/04/2024: We were at the Carletto restaurant at the end of March for lunch at 1 p.m. and sat outside. There were about 10 tables set up and set, almost all of which were occupied. My wife had the Gamberoni, 5 pieces, from the grill for 24 euros, and I had the specialty plate of swordfish rolls and squid from the grill for 23 euros. The Gamberoni were ok, my breaded swordfish rolls were dripping with oil on the outside and the fish was dry. So unfortunately not, as described in many reviews, a specialty that you have to try. The squid parts were partially burnt. We also had a mixed salad that obviously came from a bag and was briefly washed and dressed with a little oil. No salt, no pepper, no vinegar but served on a small plate. We had water and 2 glasses of white wine, and ordered two more espressos, which were served in paper cups. Overall, the visit to the restaurant was somewhere between okay and disappointed.
30/03/2024: Bar with good ambience, always full of young people and punctual, almost impromptu service despite the good turnout of people. Excellent artisanal ice cream. I advise
