02/10/2024: I had the pleasure of trying this rotisserie on the advice of several friends, I can confirm that the products are really good and tasty, prepared with quality raw materials. The arancini are highly recommended, I tasted 3 different types and I can summarize my experience with one word: SPACE.

29/11/2024: Cercando un pisto dove pranzare a Milazzo abbiamo scelto questo ristorante segnalato nella guida Michelin. Il personale è stato da subito accogliente. Materie prime di alta qualità e impiattamento curato. La tartare di carciofi e gamberi molto buona, unico difetto qualche gambero che aveva ancora il budello e non deve capitare, soprattutto in un ristorante così. Le linguine all'astice buonissime e cottura perfetta; il trancio di ricciola freschissimo è stato servito accompagnato da un'insalatina perfetta: pomodori, cipollotto fresco, basilico, olive taggiasche e capperi mignon (credo Pantelleria) ; la tagliata di tonno presa dal mio compagno e servita con contorno di caponata altrettanto lodevole. Infine abbiamo scelto un semifreddo che nel menu viene descritto alla Malvasia ma al piatto è servito un semifreddo fior di latte con malvasia. Ad ogni modo quest'ultimo, abbinato alla polvere di cappero disidratato e se non erro mandorle tostate, è stato molto gradevole al palato. Il proprietario si è scusato per l'inconveniente del gambero e abbiamo apprezzato che per questo si sia avvicinato al nostro tavolo. Spero che il posto possa continuare a migliorarsi, dunque ritorneremo.

14/11/2024: Consigliato come uno dei ristoranti migliore della zona si è rivelato un ristorante sotto la media in tutto quello che dovrebbe essere un ristorante annoverato in una guida Michelin. Nella carta dei vini mancavo la metà dei vini scelti, ambiente carino ma poco curato. Cibo nella media con menù scarso. Servizio senza nessuna attenzione verso il cliente, prezzi eccessivi per il servizio proposto. Ambiente freddo nonostante la presenza di camini. Consiglierei di rivedere un po’ tutto .

17/11/2024: Returning after a few years to what I remembered as a high quality restaurant, in terms of food and service, I was very disappointed. Apart from the quantity of the portions, the gnocchi of the same quantity as the paccheri, I ordered a fillet with green pepper, which had nothing of fillet, very hard and calloused meat, obviously I left it, the waitress asks me why and tells me that he would report. No one showed up either to apologise, or to ask if we wanted anything else, not even for dessert, coffee, or offer us a drink, nothing. After ten minutes we left. Needless to say, the fillet was included in the bill!

06/10/2024: Dear people, if you want to enjoy really fresh and authentic Sicilian cuisine with freshly caught fish or recommendations from the family-run business, then you should enjoy these lovingly prepared dishes here at least once! It doesn't always have to be modern or hyped by influencers. No ! Fresh ingredients are really important here! GREAT!

17/11/2024: ENTEROCOLITE ,siamo stati male tutta la notte con crampi addominali e diarrea , sembrava tutto buono ma qualcosa c ha fatto male, il menù della casa è di 45,00€ , ci siamo fidati, eravamo clienti della vecchia gestione, ma non ci metteremo più piede, quello che c è capitato è inconcepibile. Volevamo avvisare il NAS. Ma non lo abbiamo fatto, perchè con ll vecchio proprietario eravamo molto amici.
