02/10/2024: I had the pleasure of trying this rotisserie on the advice of several friends, I can confirm that the products are really good and tasty, prepared with quality raw materials. The arancini are highly recommended, I tasted 3 different types and I can summarize my experience with one word: SPACE.

29/12/2024: Pleasant surroundings, friendly and well-prepared staff, they explain the dishes in a detailed and impeccable manner, excellent combinations of dishes definitely worth a visit. I recommend the pacchero tagliatelle, the catch of the night and the octopus

05/01/2025: The environment is enveloping, comfortable, relaxing..... it is a place with a different connotation from the usual culinary tour in the city of Milazzo, a valid alternative to fish...
It ranges between a cuisine that is influenced by a regional Apulian expression and a regional Sicilian contamination that represents the territories well (also something further north on the menu)
I found it to be a genuine and sincere experience
A delicious rabbit salad (a little too much oil), very tasty and soft
The Bordeaux cheek with very amazing purée, melting and with a full flavour
Generous and tasty platters of cured meats, typical aubergine rolls on burrata cream and crunchy bread
The first courses include paccheri with white ragù, gnocchi with pistachio and burrata, rigatone with carbonara and tagliolini with cocoa and white rabbit ragù, which will satisfy all palates, with various textures and flavours, full I would say...
Excellent and delicate steamed cod and ash potatoes
Homemade desserts, good but not very good, something more classic tiramisu (version with pandoro, given the period I think...,) then panna cotta and berry cheesecake...
Right price quality
17/11/2024: Returning after a few years to what I remembered as a high quality restaurant, in terms of food and service, I was very disappointed. Apart from the quantity of the portions, the gnocchi of the same quantity as the paccheri, I ordered a fillet with green pepper, which had nothing of fillet, very hard and calloused meat, obviously I left it, the waitress asks me why and tells me that he would report. No one showed up either to apologise, or to ask if we wanted anything else, not even for dessert, coffee, or offer us a drink, nothing. After ten minutes we left. Needless to say, the fillet was included in the bill!

20/12/2024: Let me start by saying that I almost never leave a review of a place but in this case I think it's due. As soon as we ordered we had to specify several times that my girlfriend and I intended to split the starter, it shouldn't be something out of this world but evidently here it is. The doubt arose as soon as the "gentleman" who took the lead was evidently confused, so much so that all the guests at the table noticed it. The "gentleman's" confusion proved to be genuine, so much so that the food arrived to everyone except myself, the dish subsequently arrived with an evident delay. To add insult to injury, after waiting at least 10/15 minutes (so much so that all the other guests had already finished, I would even rightly say) a plate of raw pasta arrived. So raw that if opened, the paccheri were still white, hard and so much so that I asked my guests to taste them (so they could prove me wrong) and the pasta was really, really, raw. After pointing out what had happened, the dish returned after less than 5 minutes, I don't think that the time was enough to make a pasta dish that usually requires slightly longer cooking and preparation from scratch. In the 2nd round, the pasta was still raw (less than the first time) but driven by hunger and the desire to free the other diners, I finished the dish.
I don't think the service and the food itself live up to the high reviews and above all the price of the dish which has a starting price of 25 euros.
I don't think I'll be back.

24/12/2024: The lobster pasta was especially delicious. The tuna was also grilled just right and was delicious.
The price is a little expensive compared to the surrounding area, but it is well worth the food and drink content (quality).

Abbiamo deciso di provare all'improvviso questo locale, non avevamo prenotato è stata una decisione dell'ultimo momento, all'ingresso siamo stati accolti in maniere calorosa dal personale, ci hanno fatto accomodare e immediatamente messi a nostro agio. Una cena a base di un ottimo pesce, prodotto di qualità, antipasti eccellenti e molto abbondanti, abbiamo preso 2 primi differenti e posso confermare la bontà del piatto. Da sottolineare una grande varietà di vini. In conclusione Panzachina di nome e di fatto.
Un abbraccio a Massimo che è davvero un uomo di sala, gentile,preparato e davvero di gran classe. Posso solo dirvi che vale la pena andarci, rimarrete soddisfatti e soprattutto a... Panzachina!!

06/09/2024: I had dinner at this restaurant during my holiday in Sicily.
The owner of the restaurant was very kind, and welcomed us immediately even though we had arrived without a reservation. After consulting the menu, I decided to order a red prawn tartare as a starter, while first I had the paccheri with pistachio pesto and crispy bacon.
The red prawn tartare was simply sublime. The shrimp was very fresh. It's probably the best tartare I've ever eaten in my life, at least so far.
The paccheri were also divine, they had a unique flavor and the cooking of the pasta was perfect. It is a dish that I highly recommend, considering that pistachio pesto is typical of Sicily.
The bread that was brought to us was also excellent, and you can see that it is homemade bread.
My girlfriend, however, had the potato pearls with tomato and burrata as a first course, while she ordered the grilled vegetables for the second course. I didn't try either of these two dishes but, according to her, these were also excellent.
Regarding the prices, it is undeniable that they are quite high. To be clear, the tartare cost me €25 while the first courses go even over €15, but the very high quality of the food fully justifies these prices. It's money definitely worth spending.
The place has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the environment was very peaceful.
In essence, it is an exceptional restaurant that I highly recommend with my eyes closed. If it wasn't so far from where I live, I would go back immediately!

27/08/2024: Location molto molto bella , ha un piccolo Lido esclusivo e con buoni servizi ( bar , doccia, spogliatoio). Ristorante con servizio attento e professionale, dove cucinano ottimi piatti ! Prezzo giusto in rapporto alla GRANDE QUALITÀ di tutto ! Super e consigliato!
15/08/2024: Ristorante immerso tra gli ulivi, abbiamo cenato sulla terrazza panoramica con vista sul mare. Cibi abbastanza nella media dell'isola, presentazioni e porzioni dei piatti valide.

Tried it on a mid-week evening and in low season, therefore not crowded and a little melancholic, but the staff was courteous, the pizza was very good and the prices were very low.
Too bad it's not in a more visible location, but it's worth looking for.

07/10/2023: We received the recommendation from our Airbnb host and were super satisfied. The service was excellent and very accommodating. I ate carbonata which is made with eggplant. Even though I don't like eggplant it was so delicious.
23/08/2023: Excellent service. Super friendly staff, helpful and very welcoming!
The dishes are excellent, prices a little above average but it's worth it.
The location of the restaurant is not the best but it is quiet and very well looked after.
