20/07/2025: We dined at Sal8 and I was delighted with the welcome and hospitality of the staff. The food is divinely good, the staff attentive and French-speaking, and the atmosphere is relaxed. I recommend it without reservation. Bravo to the entire team.

19/07/2025: It's not just a restaurant, it's an experience. Exceptional dishes with indescribable flavors. Excellent service: attentive, but never intrusive. The welcome glass of wine was much appreciated. The appetizer, in my opinion, captured the original essence of this restaurant: intriguing combinations, sensational textures, and flavors you can't understand until you try them. We live in Lombardy, but we hope to be able to return specifically to eat at this special place once again. Congratulations and thank you for everything.

05/08/2025: We were there about a month ago. The restaurant has a beautiful sea view, and the staff is professional and welcoming. The fresh fish was cooked and served impeccably. We relied on Mr. Andrea's advice when choosing our dishes and were very satisfied. Mr. Franco was very kind and attentive to our needs and those of our little ones. Highly recommended. We will gladly return.

28/08/2025: After visiting the Greek temples in Agrigento, I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. A truly luxurious restaurant in the middle of the countryside. It was possibly the best meal of my entire stay in Sicily. A true delight; everything we ordered was delicious. Without a doubt, I had one of the best pastas with tomato sauce I've ever eaten here—a spectacle. The waiters were professionals who treated us like royalty (shout out to my Venezuelan friend, he's outstanding). A must-see.

27/08/2025: Wow! What can I say about this magnificent place... first of all it definitely deserves the 5⭐️ We stumbled upon it by chance and what a discovery! The food pairings are perfectly chosen, the waiters are extraordinary, from the welcome to the departure. And of course the view is just magnificent. We will be back!

09/08/2025: Welcoming atmosphere, very friendly staff, excellent food. We spent four nights in the area and only ate at Dottor Fish on three nights because it was closed on the fourth. We'll definitely be back next time we're in the area.

07/08/2025: Definitely the best place to eat well and affordably. Many places in the area tend to put on a show but then offer subpar service and food. Doctor Fish is a safe bet: clean and welcoming, excellent service, excellent dishes and fresh fish, and very good pizza. The desserts are varied and very tasty. The only flaw is perhaps the tiramisu, which fell short of expectations, but then again, you can't have everything. After several experiences at other places (and rightly so, when you're on vacation, you want to see new places), we've decided to always eat there. The waiters are very friendly and attentive. Even if you're more than 10 km away, we recommend trying it. It's almost impossible to find better in the area.

01/09/2025: If there were a chance to give it a 10, I would. I've never eaten such good fish in my life, and I'm not exaggerating. Everything is fresh, plentiful, and affordable. A large quantity of food for excellent quality. I recommend it to anyone passing through. Plus, the staff is friendly, welcoming, and very kind. It was a real pleasure coming here.

12/07/2025: Agriturismo immersed in very suggestive greenery and with a breathtaking view of Agrigento, excellent food, very clean and spacious rooms excellent, there is also a small field to play and a playground suitable for families I recommend it, excellent staff

10/07/2025: We stayed at this agriturismo for two nights. The rooms were very nice, clean, and fresh. The staff was very helpful and friendly. On our last night, we decided to stay for dinner, and we couldn't have made a better choice. We ordered three appetizers: Mazara del Vallo shrimp carpaccio, grilled octopus, and breaded burrata. We couldn't decide which dish we liked best. We then had the shrimp calamarata and the tuna steak, both phenomenal. Throughout the meal, we enjoyed a wonderful musical performance. Excellent value for money, and the service was very competent and cheerful. Highly recommended!

02/07/2025: Bed and breakfast accommodation. Savory/sweet breakfast. Juice, still water, and coffee. The restaurant adjacent to the rooms has a beautiful terrace with orange and lemon trees, etc. A bonus for those who don't want to move around in the evening. Very friendly host. He welcomed us warmly and explained what to see in the area.

29/06/2025: Excellent restaurant and accommodations. The rooms are super clean, and both are excellent. The restaurant is excellent and offers good local cuisine. Special mention goes to Giovana's very friendly service. Breakfast is also well-served. I recommend it.

15/08/2025: We had dinner on a Saturday... a pleasant family evening, beautifully decorated with a splendid terrace overlooking the valley and the sea. The place presents itself as a high-quality pizzeria restaurant... appropriate tablecloths, comfortable chairs, and excellent taste in the decor. The food is excellent, without surprises, with excellent toppings for the high-quality pizzas, cooked to perfection. The desserts deserve special mention. At the end of the meal, the very kind owner offered a bitter coffee and an after-dinner drink.

12/08/2025: We will be going on holiday again very soon, and only since 2015, because we go every year, truly a corner of paradise, where you can disconnect from the world, and spend days of complete relaxation, fun, we will gain a few kilos, because the food is excellent, the staff are all family, and always, I mean always, available for all our requests, we have always been more than well, very clean rooms, top air conditioning, excellent comfort.... see you soon we are coming....
