15/02/2026: Yesterday, February 14th, we held our son's baptism reception, and we received so many compliments from our guests. We chose the seafood menu, the dishes were served promptly, and the waiters were very friendly, patient, and professional, as was the owner, and always ready to accommodate our every need. The dishes were so good that we asked for seconds of some of them—the fish was incredibly fresh, and the cuisine was innovative and sophisticated. We will definitely be back, and we recommend everyone to try this wonderful culinary experience. Compliments to the owner and all the staff!

08/02/2026: Today's lunch at "La Forchetta" was one of the best we've had! The food is incredibly fresh (especially seafood) and cooked by the great chef Antonello Mura, who, besides knowing his craft, doesn't overwhelm it with sauces that would ruin the flavor. We started with an (endless) array of hot and cold appetizers, including octopus, salmon, swordfish, calamari, mussels, panadine (a kind of fried pasta), and fried culurgiones (a type of sweet and sour dough). The first course was spaghetti with clams and bottariga (a type of bottarga) and paccheri with zucchini flowers, clams, and perhaps almonds? Delicious! The lobster, for the second course, was dressed in the Sardinian style—basically, with just oil and lemon—but anyone who knows what it means to be in the kitchen and cook up dishes that are both tasty and light will understand the value of this small but exquisite restaurant. The desserts were also a surprise: a cassata and a nougat semifreddo, all homemade. I'd also like to thank the attentive and friendly staff. Well, what more can I say? Long live "La Forchetta"!!!

06/11/2025: Visited one evening in early October with many foreign guests in a cheerful but not noisy atmosphere. The service was attentive and friendly, with excellent, beautifully presented dishes of sublime flavor. The suckling pig and desserts were fantastic. The prices were slightly above average, but in line with the high level of cuisine. The place is very unique, but once you're seated, you immediately feel at ease. Recommended...

11/01/2026: I stop by almost every Sunday for a coffee. A coffee worthy of the name: truly good! I'm always greeted with kindness and a smile. I sit on a stool at a counter that overlooks Piazza Yenne from the window. It's always a beautiful moment.

28/02/2026: Small and cozy place. Very friendly staff. Fast and attentive service. Five delicious seafood appetizer courses. Then we had an excellent and generous mussel soup. The swordfish steak was also good. The fried food needs a rethink, but we were warned they only had squid, which I found a bit rubbery. The house white wine is worth trying.

24/01/2026: Wonderful atmosphere. Very good food. The mussels were perfectly prepared, and the sauce was pure poetry 😊. The steak was cooked to perfection. Friendly service.

16/10/2025: Lovely atmosphere and welcoming atmosphere. We had mussel soup as an appetizer and grilled sea bass and vegetables as a main course. The food was excellent. However, the total bill was a bit disappointing. The quality/price ratio was too low for the location and the outskirts of town.

14/10/2025: I stopped in for a quick lunch after reading the reviews. The welcome was warm and the place was nice. I ordered a seafood salad, completely tasteless and of questionable quality, and some roasted cuttlefish, which were neither good nor bad.

06/09/2025: It was close to the hotel where we were staying, and we decided to try it. It has a lovely little terrace and a unique garden that gives it a magical feel. We ordered a sharing dish (fish carpaccio), very fresh and light, and then a pasta dish. I chose the Penne in Cream of Gamberi, and it was a hearty and flavorful dish. It was my choice to try something different.

06/09/2025: This is worth visiting when on holiday in Pula. We had twice dinner in one week and the taste and quality were superb. Instead of other reviews: the price is much better than at our nearby hotel. Recommended and do try the homemade cheesecake for dessert!

03/01/2026: We had dinner on January 2nd. Tuna tartare, baby octopus alla diavola, and braised polenta. Everything was excellent. The welcome was what you'd expect in places like this. Delicious desserts, and a friendly, attentive atmosphere. I'll be back.

07/03/2026: A typical Cagliari osteria, perhaps a little old-fashioned, but the food is delicious. This is the place where the pasta is at its best. I recommend the fish and seafood appetizers. The grilled cuttlefish is also very good.
