Gemma is friendly, generous, and disarmingly skilled: she welcomes everyone with a smile and serves simple yet perfect dishes that reflect the region. It's no coincidence that celebrities and Michelin-starred chefs often dine here. The price is surprisingly low for the quality and quantity offered. Just one caveat: its fame is such that booking requires patience—but the wait is always worth it.
