11/06/2025: We were at the Il Faggio restaurant in Pollone and we can only express our enthusiasm for the experience. Local cuisine with attention to detail, dishes rich in flavor and elegantly presented, all in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, surrounded by the greenery of the Burcina park.
A special thanks goes to the owner, for the sincere hospitality and passion that shines through in every aspect of the restaurant, and to the waiter Stefan, attentive, kind and always smiling, who made our lunch even more enjoyable with his professionalism and courtesy.
Highly recommended to those looking for an authentic and quality experience in the Biella area. We will definitely be back!

11/06/2025: It's been 2 months since I had dinner in this restaurant pizzeria with the same enthusiasm as always but I was disappointed by the quality of the non-existent service there are no waiters, people who hold out the plate!!! zero professionalism
28/05/2025: As you can see in the photo we had a Calabrian appetizer (fantastic full and assorted) and then three pizzas including two Gourmet.
We were really fascinated and happy with these wonderful pizzas where they used quality ingredients such as a beautiful tuna tartare with gorgonzola sauce on the side, on the other instead a beautiful tuna carpaccio / sashimi with stracciatella and pistachio pesto.
The service was very attentive and fast.
The only flaw when the room is full it is difficult to chat because of the acoustics.

Il cibo ottimo, il servizio attento, cortese e molto frizzante.
I piatti vengono cortesemente enumerati dai camerieri, lasciando al tavolo solo l’infinita lista di vini.
Abbiamo ordinato i fiori di zucca come antipasto e poi tagliolini ai porcini, panissa di primi e costata, lumache in umido e foie gras d’oca di secondo.
Come vino un Bramaterra del 2016 ottimo.
Il cibo davvero di alto livello il foie gras in particolare nulla a che invidiare ai piu’ blasonati cugini d’oltralpe.
Il conto certamente non economico, proporzionato alla qualita’ del cibo e del servizio.

Mediocre dishes, asparagus risotto a tasteless mess.

20/06/2025: Special and refined combinations, attention to local products and a good wine list that does not offer bottles that can now be defined as "banal" even if good, a discreet attention to those who have problems with gluten, mean that I will return even if with the fish there is still room for improvement given the good quality of the raw material.
16/03/2025: We went there today for the first time on the recommendation of friends... Very elegant place, excellent and refined food, good value for money, attentive service. We will definitely be back

31/05/2025: The gluten-free pizza and desserts are delicious. Convenient paid parking in front of the restaurant, but it's a bit difficult to find a place. The staff is very friendly, the restaurant is large and very clean.
21/05/2025: I happened upon it by chance, thinking I would find a family atmosphere..... Good food, very long preparation times (I don't know if it's bad luck, but for a pasta dish.... More than 35 minutes....) I hope next time I can give at least 4 stars..... (I'll try it in the evening and not at noon)

01/06/2025: Locale inserito nel Ricetto di Candelo, antico borgo medievale!! Mura antiche che all’interno custodiscono un gioiello dell’ingegno umano: un torchio imponente. Ambienti affascinanti e citatissimi, cucina e servizio eccellenti. Rapporto qualità/prezzo eccezionale. Valore aggiunto del ristorante è il suo proprietario, Alberto, un vero anfitrione e chaperone!!

17/05/2025: Stopped for lunch to grab a bite and decided on 2 pizzas... good. PLACE not on the lake but with convenient parking unfortunately right on the road however we had a good time, I would only tell the owners to smile a little more.

28/05/2025: Bad service with the waitress putting her hand on the drinking part of the drink. Also when she was giving the drink to a friend of mine she left it on a raised table causing it to fall. Afterwards she gave her some strange looks making her feel uncomfortable.
Then the pizza arrived which was supposed to be a red one with spicy salami and sausage.
Instead it arrived a pizza with spicy salami, sausage and chips, it's ok but when they brought it back there were some chips and some leftovers which means they took them out, indecent dough
*Advice. Teach your employees the basics, the food however was good.
28/05/2025: The food was disgusting because the pizza was still floured and not cooked enough!!! Teach the waiters how to hold the glasses to hand them to the consumer, the glasses are not given where you drink from!

06/04/2025: Ho avuto il piacere di fermarmi, per pranzo, con la mia famiglia in questo posto meraviglioso, che affaccia sul lago di Viverone.
Essendo una bella giornata di sole e calda, abbiamo optato per mangiare all'esterno all'ombra di un grandissimo albero e con la splendida visuale sul lago, ma il ristorante offre anche posti a sedere all'interno. Il menù è vario, sia nel mangiare che nel bere. La qualità del cibo è davvero ottima e i piatti sono particolari e curati nella presentazione. Il ristorante offre anche il servizio di menù bimbi, di cui noi abbiamo usufruito. Il personale è gentile, disponibile e attento alle esigenze del cliente. Sicuramente un posto consigliato e dove ritorneremo, ci siamo trovati molto bene.

16/03/2025: Siamo tornati e non si sbaglia mai a venire qui, si mangia sempre benissimo e abbondante!!!! Cucina tipica piemontese e curata molti ingredienti sono prodotti da loro.
10/11/2024: Posto perfetto per pranzo in famiglia con bambini grazie allo spazio esterno con cavalli,pavoni,altalene e la possibilità di giocare a disc golf! Bambini sereni e di conseguenza pranzo tranquillo per i genitori! Mangiato bene!
