12/08/2026: Misled by the reviews that said the pizzeria was excellent, I went to order four takeout pizzas. I ordered them verbally upon returning from the beach, verbally declining them and having them repeated. I went to pick them up, all smug. The kids were hungry. We opened the boxes and found one wrong! We had asked for a Margherita with pancetta. What does a Margherita with sausage and fries have to do with it? Since returning it wasn't an option, we made do by splitting the rest... The pizza was literally a cracker; when you folded it, the crust shattered! The white pizza we had ordered even broke in the center! We had ordered potato croquettes and Ascoli olives, specifically asking if they were homemade. The surprise? Everything was frozen and inedible. They also have a wood-fired oven, which usually improves things, but at this point I think it's actually the base that's missing. Terrible, terrible experience.

03/08/2026: With the heat of recent days, Osteria San Nicola has been a true oasis of freshness. But it's also a haven for celiacs: the care and attention to dietary needs truly make a difference. The menu offers excellent appetizers, first courses, and second courses from the Marche tradition, all prepared with quality ingredients. Don't miss the Ascoli olives and the cremini, simply exceptional. Also worth trying is the delicious fig salami, as well as the excellent traditional cured meats. The first courses deserve a special mention: tasty, well-prepared, and full of flavor. A welcoming place where you eat truly well and where you'll always want to return. Highly recommended!

15/06/2026: Overall, a positive experience. The restaurant is welcoming and well-maintained, with a pleasant layout and colors that create a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was courteous and helpful. I particularly enjoyed the vegetable appetizers, which were well-prepared and tasty. The first course, a chitarra pasta with truffles and mushrooms, was good but didn't leave a lasting impression, being more than adequate overall. The prices are in line with the quality and setting. A place worth a visit if you're in Tolentino.

10/05/2026: C2C. I've read some very conflicting reviews. I'll try to be objective. First of all, the value for money is excellent: €80 for the night and dinner (1st and 2nd course, good cuts of meat, side dish, water, and beer). The food was good, and the breakfast was decent. The rooms could be better, but the beds were comfortable. The welcome was friendly and helpful. The bike was stored in the courtyard outside, with the gate locked at night.

26/10/2025: Beyond the resort stay, the restaurant is highly recommended. The dishes are excellent, not overly special, but they do their part. The portions are generous. The restaurant feels luxurious, and the service confirms this. The waiters are extremely kind and helpful. They accompany you throughout the evening, making it truly enjoyable. Be careful of the noise in the kitchen, which, due to its poor soundproofing, can be a bit distracting given the serene and quiet atmosphere.

14/10/2025: Luxurious, very welcoming, well-furnished, and nestled in Borgo Lanciano. Excellent local dishes. A little pricey, but that's understandable given the setting.
