16/05/2025: I had the pleasure of having lunch at this restaurant and I can say that it was a truly exceptional culinary experience! The gricia was perfect, cooked to perfection and with an intense and authentic flavour. The traditional wine was a great choice, it paired perfectly with the dish.
The chocolate salami and the tart with a mix of local jams were simply divine
The service was impeccable, the staff were friendly and attentive. The place was welcoming and had a relaxed atmosphere.
In short, I can recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an authentic and high quality meal. The value for money is excellent and I will definitely be returning soon!" 5/5 stars.

18/02/2025: Abbiamo aspettato due ore tra ordinazione e per mangiare una pizza eravamo 4 persone siamo usciti a mezzanotte ed avevamo prenotato per le 20/40 stasera sono stati peggio delle lumache lentissimi a portare ordinazioni

06/02/2025: Now a guarantee, a welcoming, very spacious place, suitable for couples or large groups. There is also a covered outdoor space where you can eat. Quiet location in an area with little traffic, located in an old farmhouse with ample free internal parking or another 100 meters away. The very welcoming interior with the wooden beamed ceiling and warm lights, where you can enjoy excellent pizzas of various flavours, as well as chips, croutons and more, served with availability, speed and always with a smile, by "Stellina" and her staff, truly nice people. The beer in a carafe is also excellent and the prices are really affordable. Recommended place for everyone, but I underline for groups, even large ones......you will never feel cramped.

13/04/2025: The restaurant is now called Clade. Just opened under a new name. Everything is still very improvised. No menu, no wine list. NFC device does not work or site is unsafe. Not so bad if the food tastes good. But unfortunately that is not the case. We've never had such bad Spaghetti Vongole. Wrong type of mussel, tough like leather, tastes bad. My “veal fillet” was none and also quite dry. There was plastic in the vegetables. The oil on the table has expired since September last year. All complaints were acknowledged with a shrug of the shoulders and then made themselves invisible, so that in the end we had to wait an unreasonably long time until we were “allowed” to pay. Absolutely below average. Except for the price and obviously people's self-assessment. Can something like that work?

10/05/2025: Tavoli ammassati… pizza niente di che. Servizio pessimo . Attesa di un’ora e trenta minuti per un piatto di tortellini ed alle 21.30 di sabato sera avevano terminato le bottiglie di acqua liscia.
22/04/2025: Pizza leggera,croccante e ben condita. Digeribilissima.Tanta cortesia e professionalità.
Da tornarci assolutamente.

17/05/2025: We had made a reservation for Friday at 8 p.m. When we arrived, one table was set. All the others were standing around, very unpretentious.
The menu didn't have the right prices, and many dishes weren't available. Wine and water were simply left on the table. Poor service. The two pasta starters were very large and good, but the main course of fish in wine sauce was very small and without any side dishes, costing €20 each. The price-performance ratio wasn't right.
06/05/2025: I was passing through Ascoli and had read very well about this restaurant in the Slow Food guide and I wanted to try it.
I found great availability, kindness, friendliness and great ability in the kitchen.
It was my first time going, but I felt at home, and I ate really well. Then the beans with cuttlefish... a lot of stuff indeed.
I will definitely be back! In the meantime, try it yourself, you won't be disappointed.

29/05/2025: On a pleasure trip with my wife I stopped to taste the famous Ascoli olives (tasty, fragrant and light) and a pizza (with a soft base and a crust) at the Lorenz Cafè, which overlooks the amazing and famous Piazza del Popolo, in Ascoli Piceno. We were welcomed and served by the delightful Erika, a friendly and bubbly waitress who, with uncommon sympathy, was able to accompany us on an unforgettable journey of taste. We will definitely return to this place.
22/05/2025: No foreigners so we were ignored after 30 minutes we left the locals were served not us so move on. Go to Francescane a little further down top
