02/05/2025: The best restaurant in Grottammare, very fresh fish cooked in a superlative way by chef Ugo. Sabrina is a welcoming and friendly hostess. Highly recommended!

13/04/2025: The restaurant is now called Clade. Just opened under a new name. Everything is still very improvised. No menu, no wine list. NFC device does not work or site is unsafe. Not so bad if the food tastes good. But unfortunately that is not the case. We've never had such bad Spaghetti Vongole. Wrong type of mussel, tough like leather, tastes bad. My “veal fillet” was none and also quite dry. There was plastic in the vegetables. The oil on the table has expired since September last year. All complaints were acknowledged with a shrug of the shoulders and then made themselves invisible, so that in the end we had to wait an unreasonably long time until we were “allowed” to pay. Absolutely below average. Except for the price and obviously people's self-assessment. Can something like that work?

10/05/2025: Tavoli ammassati… pizza niente di che. Servizio pessimo . Attesa di un’ora e trenta minuti per un piatto di tortellini ed alle 21.30 di sabato sera avevano terminato le bottiglie di acqua liscia.

29/12/2024: We stayed on December 24th. Waiting times equal to 30 minutes for 2 salads also dressed with oil that expired on May 24. The expired oil was pointed out to the bill and they deigned to throw away the bottle without apologizing. The concept is that if you want to earn a little money in the winter, you must be able to guarantee a service equal to that offered in the summer. Otherwise, close it and make a better impression. Rude, expensive and terrible quality.

03/09/2024: Now a tradition. I have been coming to Cupra for 27 years and there is no summer that I don't eat here at least once. Obviously I usually go back two or three more times, with family and friends. For me it's a guarantee, the food is always excellent, with a limited choice that undoubtedly rewards quality over quantity. I wholeheartedly recommend the mussel peppered sauce, delicious as is the broth to be served with bread. Cold and hot appetizers are always delicious and so are the calamari and prawn skewers. Unfortunately over time prices have increased, but I believe in a manner consistent with inflation and the average increase in the cost of any fish restaurant on the coast. The guys who work there are very good, although young and perhaps sometimes a little novice. The environment is convivial if not almost familiar, perhaps also because they are now loyal. I would just add that they make the best pizzas by the slice in the entire Riviera delle Palme, but you have to go early because they sell out like hot cakes and it can happen that they are not available at peak times.

23/05/2025: Restaurant with attention to every detail, with a refined cuisine that recalls the concepts of family and traditions. The typical dishes revisited in a modern key are delicious. The service is very polite, friendly and with a very clear explanation of the dishes that describes the message that the chef wants to give with his dishes. The prices are absolutely excellent and calibrated to the experience. Bravo chef, bravo girls serving at the tables. A jewel in a wonderful village.

02/05/2025: Simply excellent cuisine! Very interesting and never banal dishes, which are inspired by local tradition (and use its excellent raw materials) but rework it in an intelligent and above all tasty way. Strong and original flavors, but at the same time very balanced. Everything we ate left us thrilled! The girl who advised us on the choice of menu and wines was extremely knowledgeable and courteous, and was able to guide us in the best way with the pairings. Vast cellar with particular attention to local companies. Cozy place and great value for money. Very highly recommended!

03/06/2025: Location esterna molto suggestiva! Siamo arrivati al rifugio con un po’ di ritardo in quanto avevamo un’escursione in zona programmata la mattina! Tavolo prenotato per 15 persone, la mattina stessa 7 persone non si presentano per motivi personali. Non avendo i telefoni funzionanti perché la linea non lo consentiva, non è stato possibile contattare il rifugio. Arrivati in loco spieghiamo l’accaduto. Ci fanno accomodare e ordiniamo! Secondi impossibili da fare, orario too late! Birra in bottiglia per tutti. Antipasto misto condiviso ottimo, peccato che nemmeno a metà arrivano i primi! Dopo 5 ore di cammino in vetta, ci sarebbe piaciuto goderci il pranzo senza continuare a fare “corse”! Il primo buono, tagliatelle bianche con capriolo. Finiamo con dei dolci. Arriviamo al momento della cassa, dove il titolare era presente. Non gli è interessato chiederci se i piatti erano di nostro gusto, ma bensì si presenta con le seguenti parole “potevate comunicare che arrivavate in ritardo, mi avete fatto tenere la prenotazione a tutti i costi, sicuramente la gente non mi mancava da far accomodare” , alla risposta della nostra guida, replica dicendogli che è stata cattiva organizzazione la nostra (parlava a livello lavorativo delle guide)! Mi dispiace Signor Titolare, ma credo che lavorando solo ed esclusivamente con questo genere di turismo, sicuramente a lei non le mancheranno mai “gente da far accomodare”, cosa le importa, al massimo le vede una volta l’anno o una volta e mai più! Abbiamo speso 26€ a testa, circa 180€ in totale. Siamo pur sempre clienti! Eravamo felici fini al momento della cassa, la vostra cucina ci è piaciuta davvero molto, peccato l’educazione e la relazione! Parliamo di basi Signor Titolare! Arrivederla!

12/04/2025: Siamo venuti ad aprile con famiglia , dopo una bella camminata ci siamo fermati a mamgiare qui .Cibo ottimo , porzioni abbondanti nulla da dire tutto buonissimo consigliatissimo
