06/12/2025: A return to excellence: the chefs are worthy of a UNESCO World Heritage Site! We returned to Prato Gaio and the experience exceeded all expectations. If we loved it the first time, this time we were enchanted. The cuisine has reached incredible levels of refinement. Obsessive attention is evident in every detail, from the balance of flavors to the aesthetic presentation; nothing is left to chance. We tasted practically every dish on the menu and there wasn't a single off note: a gastronomic journey where each course was better than the last. But the real secret here is in the kitchen: the chefs have a knowledge and a skill that I would almost describe as touching. They are, without exaggeration, worthy of a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
