07/01/2025: Totally negative experience!!
Called in the morning to book a triple room for the same night, upon arrival in the afternoon we found a double room, as "ours" was already occupied.
It was not possible to get a larger room or even put a cot for the little girl (they didn't have any, except that the room was still very small).
They didn't even offer help to find another solution and we left!!
