24/02/2024: Alla torre tre rossi l atmosfera è pazzesca la vista su tutta Firenze ti lascia senza respiro peccato che in inverno chiudono con i plezzigas ine state se avrò l occasione di ritornarci sicuramente camerieri gentilissimi sono andata per il mio primo anniversario con il mio ragazzo cercavo un posto intimo elegante e romantico tutti quello che cercavo lo trovato non vedo l ora di ritornarci, peccato solo che nel menù non c'è ampia scelta ma il cibo è ottimo e squisito

31/03/2024: The feeling of finding ourselves in a place that offered us good food at the right price was good right away, given how we were welcomed once we crossed the threshold of the Locanda Spinola restaurant in Genoa.
Dishes with a refined and colorful appearance,
tasty and elaborate with the perception of the quality of the raw materials from the first taste.
The polite, kind and attentive service meant that I instinctively wrote this well-deserved and praiseworthy review.
I recommend this restaurant located near the port of Genoa and not far from Piazzale Annunziata to all those who want to eat well, at the right price, with the pampering of kind staff.

Combinations that are not obvious and always pleasant. Kind service.
The only flaw was paying 5 euros for still water. The cost of each dish is on average high but it is worth every penny; the water one seemed excessive to me given that it was normal glass water.

In the dishes, innovation meets the excellent quality of the raw materials, creating combinations and flavors that are nothing short of superfine.

We had lunch outdoors, considering the mild day; the wait to take a seat can exceed 30 minutes.
I'll start by saying that the prices - which are quite high - are not displayed outside, as required by the regulations. Furthermore, the menu warns that separate accounts are not made, although this option is always provided.
Personally I didn't appreciate the much hyped Spaghetti alla Ciak, due to the imbalance given by the Taggiasca olives.
The grilled swordfish, defrosted, was brought to me raw and was very chewy when chewed.
The mixed fried food, in the photo, proved to be sufficient.
The staff proved to be discreetly courteous but detached.
I conclude that the fortune of a place of this caliber is the location, hardly the quality; in addition to this, the bill turned out to be high compared to what we ordered.
Naturally first and last visit.

You can also order vegetarian and wholemeal or 5-grain pizzas.
Takeaway and home delivery service is also available.
On weekends, booking is recommended given the numerous customers.
We ordered 1 white pizza with gorgonzola, speck and porcini mushrooms and a red pizza with sausage, spicy salami, scamorza, porcini mushrooms and olives, 1 water and 2 coffees.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Good quality/price.
I certainly recommend it
