02/03/2026: We celebrated my daughter's eighteenth birthday. The venue was stunning, overlooking the lake, making it all so romantic. The staff was welcoming and extremely professional, accommodating our every request. A special mention goes to Diego, the dedicated owner, full of ideas and always ready to help. His immediate empathy made everyone feel right at home. If you're looking for an elegant and welcoming venue, Chalet del Lago won't disappoint.

12/02/2026: In Anguillara, this hotel offers good value for money, both for its hotel services and its restaurant cuisine. I travel here often for work and have always enjoyed my stay. The rooms are clean and spacious, with excellent air conditioning in the summer and excellent heating in the winter. The common areas are clean, and the breakfast is generous. Friendly staff and ample parking complete the package. Close to the Anguillara train station (two minutes) and the village of Anguillara Sabazia (a few kilometers), this hotel is ideal for those who want to visit the various villages just outside Rome, as well as Rome itself.

14/02/2026: A wonderful experience at this family-run restaurant, where you immediately sense the genuine care. The dishes were superb: incredibly fresh fish and a balance of flavors designed to enhance the quality, never overshadow it.
The tagliatelle with a lake flavor are worth trying, as are the Roman-style artichokes, cooked with such precision that they're soft and almost creamy. The ingredients are top-quality, but the hospitality is another strong point: you're welcomed like you're at home, and it's noticeable that many of the diners are regulars. We met the owners—husband, wife, and son—who were present and truly kind.

08/11/2025: My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. The menu is confusing and unclear, the dishes are sparse, and the prices are decidedly exorbitant and not justified by the quality offered.

"Ciccio e la Ristogatta" è un ristorante che conquista sin dal primo sguardo grazie alla splendida terrazza panoramica. Ma è solo l’inizio: il servizio è impeccabile, l’accoglienza calorosa, la professionalità e la cortesia sono di casa.
La cucina propone piatti deliziosi, leggeri e realizzati con ingredienti genuini, spesso a km 0. Ogni portata riflette cura, equilibrio e rispetto per la materia prima.
Un plauso particolare alla proprietaria Daniela, sempre garbata e attenta a ogni dettaglio.
Ho avuto il piacere di cenare qui in diverse occasioni, ma la cena del mio matrimonio è stata davvero speciale: ogni invitato ha apprezzato la qualità del cibo, la gentilezza del personale e l’atmosfera accogliente. Un’esperienza che rimarrà nel cuore.

24/07/2025: This restaurant has great food and a lot of it is locally sourced (including the wine, olive oil, ricotta, and wild salad components). We sampled 2 pastas and a main course, as well as dessert. Everything tasted great! The chef's wife was our server and she explained what went into our food in great detail. Highly recommend!

03/01/2026: On the advice of a colleague I went to this restaurant we ate meat fish and pizza desserts well everything was perfect even the simple bread in the basket compliments for the kindness and courtesy and quality of the products
