01/05/2024: Starting from the fact that every time I come to Fiugi we only have one restaurant....the castle tavern! Kind, friendly owner, fantastic place to say the least, very welcoming and romantic. The dishes are unique and very well prepared, highly recommended thanks to the splendid silk

02/04/2024: No surprises... arrived under the recommendation of trusted friends, the restaurant met every rosy expectation, excellence of
taste, cuts of meat, cooking, quality of service. From today it becomes an obligatory stop for future stays in the splendid setting of Fiuggi. Great chef Alessandro and super Eddy!!!
31/03/2024: All perfect! Excellent Easter lunch. The specialty of this restaurant is barbecue but it doesn't joke about the rest either. Rich and good starter, very soft and tasty pork cheek. Friendly and precise service, very nice and well-kept place. I would say the price is right.
