19/08/2025: Even though Google says the restaurant is open until 3:00 PM, they don't accept outside guests, even though they're supposedly full!
I can't rate the food or the atmosphere inside because I can't get in. I can only rate the staff, who don't speak English well, and are dismissive. Hotel Cezar is located right on the beach!
