23/05/2025: Restaurant Duilio is located in the best location by the sea. After walking nearby, I heard some lovely retro music, which I decided to come and see. I received a really friendly welcome from the owner Luca. He quickly conjured up a special lunch for me that suited my budget. While waiting for it, I noticed a lot of art paintings etc. in the dining room. I was amazed that the place is really cozy and unique. I got delicious food in beautiful surroundings and also got to see dozens of fine works of art. The second time I was even more surprised by how lunch was made for me from seafood. I can only strongly recommend this friendly restaurant in a relaxed atmosphere. Grazia mille!

12/05/2025: This restaurant was recommended by a friend of ischia , on arrival the beautiful art of the owner is on display ,and the head waiter Andrea greeted us with the most respect and elaborated the menu and recommended and adapted the menu to our special requests , The fried oysters were a unique delight to start , followed by the lightest of carpaccio of octopus presented beautifully. my main course was hand made raviolo complimented with a local ischia wine recommended by the knowledgeable Andrea . The location and service was a delight for me and I highly praise this restaurant and will return on my next trip to ischia .

10/06/2025: Very welcoming place, the food is divine… we had fried shrimp and calamari, octopus salad, gnocchi alla sorrentina, bruschetta with cherry tomatoes, and penne with sauce, all of a unique goodness… but the best thing of all is the kindness and cordiality of the owner

09/06/2025: I stayed at the 3-star hotel for a few days, using the sunbeds and umbrella in the front row. Sometimes for lunch. The beach resort is small and for this reason it is always quiet. You eat practically on the beach. Impeccable service. Prices in line with the area. Excellent food. I had a really good time. Thank you.

20/05/2025: The restaurant has an atmosphere that is more reminiscent of a mountain refuge than a seafood restaurant, with abundant use of wood that recalls the style of an Alpine cottage. The service did not live up to expectations: the constant presence of the staff in front of the table and an indiscreet attitude, accompanied by out of place laughter, conveyed a feeling of lack of professionalism. The gastronomic proposal also did not leave a particularly positive impression, being average and lacking in truly memorable elements.

17/05/2025: Nice place with large spaces, friendly staff and generously sized dishes. With a first course you can eat very well for 2, I instead exaggerated but everything is very tasty

13/04/2025: Historic institution in Ischia, very kind staff and very high quality food. A special note on the croquettes, one of the best I've ever eaten.

16/03/2025: Rotisserie with typical Ischia dishes, such as Ischia rabbit (good but too greasy and immersed in oil) and various vegetables. The main problem was the lack of transparency on prices: when it came to the bill, we noticed discrepancies compared to the menu, with an increase of €2 on the rabbit (€30 instead of €28) and of €0.50-1 on other products. This, combined with the disappointing sausage and the overly greasy rabbit, negatively affected the overall experience with no more than 3 stars. The total bill of €55 for rabbit, vegetables, potatoes, sausage, water and focaccia did not seem justified to us. Positive note: the boy as waiter was very kind and helpful.

02/05/2025: The boss Carmine and all the staff know how to create a friendly and familiar environment and go out of their way to pamper you and make your stay unique. Aperitifs and cuisine at the highest levels with seafood dishes prepared with the freshest fish. Real good local cuisine. Highly recommended. It is strictly forbidden not to pass by Carmine: you would lose the true flavor of Ischia.

Uno su tutti la location, incredibile; si mangia direttamente coi piedi nella sabbia. Leggo di recensioni che parlano di prezzi alti; sono un cultore di ristoranti e sinceramente per la qualità che ho potuto constatare in questo posto il prezzo mi sembra in perfetta sincronia. 02/05/2025: Last night I was at the O Porticciulo restaurant in Ischia and I must say that it was a truly pleasant experience. The restaurant is elegant but with a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for a fish dinner with friends. Well-prepared dishes, very fresh raw materials and attentive service. The prawn tartare was delicate and tasty, with a truly refined presentation (see photo). We took various fish dishes, including octopus, sea bream and sea bass fillet, all well cooked. Bill of 238 euros for 4, just right for the quality offered. A bottle of wine for €39. Only tip: it's best to book because it fills up easily. If you are in Ischia and want to eat good fish, it is a place to try. Excellent cheesecake made by them.
