22/06/2025: I am celiac ... and here I found everything gluten free from the first courses to the fried food, they are careful about contamination! Very nice place and kind staff and Pasquale "the maître" was very kind also in advising me on the first courses that were suitable for gluten free! ... for gluten free the prices are not increased! I will definitely return

04/05/2025: Zeker één van de beste restaurants in Scalea. Gelegen op een sfeervol pleintje in het oude centrum. Beperkte menukaart maar meestal staat dit borg voor verse en kwaliteitsvolle producten én dat bleek ook zo te zijn. Zeer vriendelijke bediening. Een topervaring.
26/04/2025: Posto finora perfetto stasera tanta delusione.
2 paccheri all astice 70€ ove in questi non c era nessun connubio.
Non è una questione economica ma solamente pura mancanza di combinazione culinaria/soporifera.
Non so se tornerò x dare un ulteriore chance.

27/07/2025: The Genova Hotel restaurant has closed.
The hotel remains, still among the most recommended in Scalea, but the restaurant has changed management. And its name, too: it's now called "Cedro e peperoncino."
14/07/2025: We just spent four fabulous days. An excellent property in every way. The hospitality and kindness of the owners, impeccable cleanliness, and above all, no parking problems and very, very close to the beach. The property is right in the center.
An experience I recommend without a doubt.

24/07/2025: Ci sono tornata dopo trent'anni. Avevo un ricordo meraviglioso di questo ristorante. Pensavo fosse cambiata gestione e mangiarci non fosse più come una volta. Invece ottimi piatti a prezzi più che giusti e soprattutto camerieri gentilissimi come del resto sono sempre stati..❤️❤️
05/07/2025: We were a group to keep under control (😂) but Cesare managed to do it and make us appreciate the good cuisine of the restaurant.👏🏻👏🏻

Lo consiglio davvero
24/03/2025: Dopo la fallimentare gestione dello scorso anno, ho saputo che la pizzeria veniva gestita da altre persone. E' il mese di marzo e pensavo che ancora non fosse in funzione. Invece, nel passare ho notato le luci accese e sono entrato per prendere 2 pizze da asporto, le solite prese nel mio precedente post con la vecchia gestione. Le pizze si sono rivelate molto buone con cornicione non eccessivamente alto e molto ricche. L'anno scorso le 2 pizze le ho pagate 17 euro, quest'anno 14. Quindi direi ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ovviamente torneremo.
