09/11/2025: We were in Calabria for 24 hours, yet we ate at Osteria San Francesco twice. A friend recommended this restaurant to us, and I have to say it was one of the most beautiful and authentic experiences I'll ever remember in this region. The restaurant, run by two brothers, is small but very welcoming. The food is amazing, and Francesco is a truly friendly person. What I also really appreciated was the atmosphere in this restaurant: there are only a few seats, and the people at the various tables chat as if they've known each other forever. The fish and meat are excellent! Highly recommended!!! The president and friends of Villa Badessa

02/12/2025: The entrance is through a garden, which gives the place that extra touch, even in the summer. The staff is professional and very friendly. The pizza dough is excellent, and there's a wide selection of toppings. I'll definitely be back.

Even though it's the end of the season (only one row of umbrellas left and many of the facilities have been removed), I noticed the owners' friendly attitude and great courtesy. The beach club is a bit dated but welcoming. Everything about the beach and sea is fine. Worth a visit.

Passion, care, and above all, refinement are their strong points.
A fixed menu that changes weekly, sometimes fish, sometimes meat.
Perfect for any occasion, whether with family or as a couple.

27/08/2025: We ate here a couple of nights ago. Reservations are recommended to secure a spot on the terrace. Convenient dedicated parking is available. Very helpful staff. We had excellent, truly original pizzas. They also have good fried and grilled fish. The dessert menu is excellent, too.
23/08/2025: The staff were courteous and professional, the pizzas were high-quality, the dough well-leavened and easy to digest, and the cooking was perfect. They even let us bring our dog along. Highly recommended.

06/12/2025: Three of us went to lunch at La Locanda and were truly satisfied! I chose meat and potatoes: a delicious dish, perfectly cooked, and generous portions. My wife and aunt had lasagna for their first course and meat for their second course: simply spectacular, authentic flavors, and top-notch quality.
Attentive and friendly service, welcoming atmosphere. Kudos to the staff! We'll definitely be back. 🍽️👏

The menu? Extensive, but when you go to order, they have less than half available.
They shoved our plate away with the pizza still in our hands.
As if that weren't enough, they had a self-service checkout to speed things up, but of course, no receipt.
Mediocre experience.
