15/08/2025: We went for lunch and the experience was decidedly positive. I wasn't in perfect physical condition, so the owner, with great kindness, prepared me a simple white rice dish. At the end of the meal, in a truly appreciated gesture, he even excluded it from the bill. The welcome was warm and the service very professional. A high-end restaurant, where the ingredients, especially the fish, are of the highest quality, among the best found in the Soverato area. The delicacy and care in preparing the dishes create a truly pleasant experience and reflect the chef's culinary philosophy. A place where you feel welcomed and respected. Definitely recommended!

30/08/2025: My evening at this establishment turned into a very serious incident that will not go unpunished. A nearby table asked the waitress, Martina, for my last name. She initially said she couldn't provide it (as would have been correct), but then handed over a note with my last name written on it. This is no small detail: the last name is personal data, and its unauthorized disclosure is a direct violation of current regulations (EU Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR, Articles 5 and 6; Legislative Decree 196/2003). I want to be very clear: if, as a result of this carelessness, I receive even a single message, a "follow," or a contact, either my partner or I, I will take action against the establishment directly, holding them fully responsible. I will proceed without hesitation with a formal report to the Italian Data Protection Authority, filing a complaint, and requesting compensation for damages (Article 82 GDPR, with a statute of limitations of up to 5 years). I believe that waitress Martina's behavior is scandalous and unacceptable, endangering the safety of her customers. I hope she is removed from the establishment immediately. In my opinion, this restaurant has closed. I warn anyone who values ​​their privacy against visiting it, because personal information is not protected here, but handed out like a bar note.

11/08/2025: Terrible grilled food, almost burned and barely chewy despite the request for medium. The grilled food was for two people with 10 fries, and when we asked for an additional portion, we were told "the grilled food could be split." We requested two house appetizers and were served a platter with one slice of cured meats, but were charged for two. Not a recommended experience. For the sake of completeness, I'll only respond to a few points: - the items received didn't fully match, and the order called for two appetizers; - to read a menu, you need to know how to write it; - you have nothing to say about the fact that the meat was burnt and tough, which is the main reason you wrote the review. If you write "splitable in two," it seems like the fries are sufficient, but given your insistence on this, we recommend customers bring their own. Thanks. 26/07/2025: Every time we come to Calabria for vacation, we dine here at least a couple of times. You can enjoy excellent traditional Calabrian cuisine. Prices are in line with the quality. Highly recommended!
