The service was courteous and attentive. The icing on the cake was the privilege of visiting Neviera, guided by the owner, Mr. Dario, who explained the history of this "Abruzzo gem" to us. 15/03/2026: We met the guys from Maltagliati at a dinner and, intrigued, came to try their restaurant. You arrive in Torano, a small hilltop village, and the restaurant is in the center: welcoming and well-kept, with an open kitchen with a grill where they prepare almost the entire menu. If you have the chance to see them at work in the dining room in front of the grill, they are serious and professional, but above all, well-prepared. Cuisine like this comes from study and dedication: we ordered the tasting menu and it's hard to find a better dish... the crescia, the spit-roasted heart, the sweetbreads, the quail and lamb, and many other dishes. The staff in the dining room are attentive and loving. We had a great time and can't wait to come back because having the courage to cook like this is uncommon. Excellent!

My only recommendation is to sit down and let the staff, who are extremely professional, guide you. Nothing is left to chance, from the aromas present in every dish to the decor. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great courtesy and professionalism, which immediately created a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. The staff was attentive, helpful, and never intrusive—a quality that is far from a given these days. The atmosphere is refined, clean, and well-organized. There's a sense of order and tranquility, allowing you to enjoy the evening without clutter or excessive noise. The location is welcoming and suitable for both romantic dinners and convivial gatherings. Regarding the cuisine, the dishes are beautifully presented, and the quality of the ingredients is evident. The fish is fresh and well-prepared, with simple yet tasty preparations. We particularly appreciated the lightness of the flavors and the overall balance of the dishes. The portions are adequate and satisfying. A few small details could be improved, especially the timing of service between courses, which at times seemed slightly delayed. Nothing major, but a more fluid pace would make the experience even more enjoyable. Even some dishes, while good, could use a little more flair in terms of character or originality. Overall, Cambusa proves to be a reliable restaurant, with good quality and attentive service. A place where you eat well, feel comfortable, and feel welcomed. 24/09/2025: We went to this place one evening in September. It's on the beach, nothing super sophisticated, very simple, and I'd say it's suitable for families. The menu, as the name suggests, features mostly fried fish dishes. The prices are in line, neither expensive nor super cheap. The dishes are good and well-balanced. I recommend it if you're in the area in the summer.

The food was delicious – always fresh, beautifully presented and absolutely flawless in taste. The service was also top notch, kind, attentive and professional, making us feel really welcome. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant is pleasant and relaxed, which makes the visit an experience to look forward to. I definitely recommend it and I would love to go back soon myself!

26/02/2026: Last night we decided to have dinner at this restaurant. The atmosphere was pleasant, the service was attentive and polite—no complaints about the staff. However, after dinner, my boyfriend and I developed symptoms of food poisoning. It was a very difficult night. Judging by our order, the problem was most likely related to the fish (photos of the dishes are attached). In an establishment of this caliber, you'd expect strict quality control and freshness of ingredients, especially when it comes to fish. Unfortunately, our experience was completely different. Very disappointed. I hope management will pay attention to the quality and storage conditions of the food. I'm very disappointed in the restaurant. The atmosphere and the service are very attentive and polite—it's a personal mistake. Purtroppo, dopo la cena io e il mio compagno abbiamo accusato sintomi di intossicazione alimentare. La notte è stata davvero difficile. Considerando ciò che abbiamo ordinato, è molto probabile che il problema fosse legato al pesce (alleghiamo foto dei piatti). In un locale di questo livello ci si aspetta un rigoroso controllo della qualità e della freschezza dei prodotti, soprattutto quando si tratta di pesce. La nostra esperienza, purtroppo, è stata ben diversa dalle aspettative. Siamo molto delusi. Speriamo che la direzione presti maggiore attenzione alla qualità e alla conservazione degli alimenti.

02/02/2026: For me and my wife, La Granseola di Teramo has become a favorite place in the city center, where you can enjoy high-quality seafood dishes. We have our signature dishes, such as the chitarrina with shelled fish, the fried and grilled dishes, or the catch of the day. Of course, for dessert, the basket filled with berries is a must. The service is always very attentive, professional, and friendly. Reservations are recommended, especially on Saturdays or Sundays. Excellent wine list and absolutely fair prices, in line with the high quality of the product.

04/10/2025: The location is fantastic. Unfortunately, the road leading to the hotel (the last 500 meters) is in poor condition. Be careful with low-slung vehicles. But the hotel and restaurant make up for this with their facilities and the view.

Ten years ago, right after our wedding in Notaresco, we had the pleasure of having lunch at this beautiful restaurant. We were warmly welcomed by the entire team and surprised with a small celebration thoughtfully organized by Evelina to welcome us as newlyweds in this charming little town. The place is truly stunning: elegant, peaceful, and incredibly welcoming. The food was absolutely wonderful, prepared with care and full of flavor. Even after 10 years, we still remember that day with great affection. Today we have three children, and as we prepare to return to Notaresco to celebrate our 11-year wedding anniversary, this restaurant will be one of the very first places we will visit again to enjoy a family meal together. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Notaresco. It is perfect for families, for those seeking tranquility, and for anyone who wants to experience authentic hospitality and unforgettable food.
