09/06/2025: The environment is well-kept, warm and welcoming. The chairs are a little uncomfortable but that's okay for me as I'm overweight. The view of the coast and the beach of S. Vito is very beautiful. The problem is that parking is difficult to find even now that we are in June but, considering everything, I can accept this little "suffering". The food is really very good, unique and well-kept. Just a little salty, but I use very little salt. The staff is present, competent and attentive. A very pleasant evening, in the right company, in the right place, tasting excellent dishes. At the end of the evening, finally, we were able to say "We will definitely be back".

02/06/2025: Essenza is an excellent restaurant for the quality and originality of the dishes. The service is friendly but impeccable. You feel at home and want to return to be pampered again. Well done

09/06/2025: Welcoming atmosphere, friendly and professional staff, simple and excellent dishes. The price is right. For those who have not been there I recommend it, it is worth trying.

07/06/2025: Very welcoming and family-friendly place. We ate like a god, the classic seafood trattoria that offers traditional fish dishes, prepared with a lot of passion and genuine raw materials. Authentic flavors, real flavors, they deserve even more than 5 stars. Excellent value for money, I want to say that even the house rosé was good (not that chemical wine). 02/06/2025: Historic restaurant, which offers a menu of very fresh and excellent quality fish. We spent a pleasant evening, accompanied by very good fish, courteous and super helpful staff and an excellent bottle of wine. Highly recommended!
