We ordered 4 supplì, 2 pizzas and 2 carbonaras. The pizzas with carbonara arrived first and then the supplì. A half burnt pizza and carbonara full of pecorino. The bill included 8 supplì (they gave us our money back) and an extra beer but we noticed this when we were already at home (for a total of 12 euros more!)
Parking unobtainable
Received... needless to say
And anyway too many positive reviews 🤔

05/03/2025: We were very satisfied with this dinner! Aesthetically very nice place with a welcoming atmosphere, excellent food and very friendly and helpful staff. Furthermore, the waiting times were practically zero between one course and another. Many compliments to the management, I will definitely be back!

22/11/2024: The ideal place for a quick lunch! They offer lots of options (both first courses, second courses and side dishes) and everything is of high quality! I took a first course (artichoke lasagna which I still remember today for how good it was!), a supplì, a side dish and a bottle of water, paying €12.50. Very very good value for money. Furthermore, the staff were really friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend it to anyone who is in the area to take the train from Trastevere and is looking for a quick meal, the restaurant is located a few steps from the station. Plus tons of vegetarian/vegan options!

11/02/2025: Un tempo abitavo dall'altra parte della strada,ritorno dopo anni in via portico d'attività e trovo la strada trasformata in una specie di grande mensa all'aperto,praticamente ricoperta da una selva di tavolini e la famosa pasticceria ebraica " Boccione" ? È ancora lì, prendo il panetto di pizza ebraica,un tempo merenda abituale,e mi ritrovo in bocca un'orrendo miscuglio di cosa? Dove i canditi di cedro e arancia? Dove la frutta secca? Una mandorla e mezza,e poi? Un mucchio di uvetta,pezzetti marrone e verde di che? angelica o zucca travestita? Certo di nessun sapore.E' la prima volta che scrivo una recensione,ma troppo grande la delusione!
02/02/2025: Se c'è sempre fila un motivo ci sarà...ed è quello che questo antico forno regala emozioni. Poche cose ma buone, secondo la tradizione. Sapori che rimangono e che ti danno la voglia di tornarci ogni volta che passi da quelle parti.

Apparently unpretentious bar, normal but with completely unjustified downtown restaurant prices.
We will not return and do not recommend.

02/04/2024: Se vi piace il kebab e provarne di nuovi dovete venirci.
La carne viene abbrustolita lentamente su uno spiedo orizzontale ed è molto buona nonostante i nervetti - che si masticano abbastanza facilmente -.
Nel mio ho messo il misto verdure, la cipolla bianca saltata, la verza viola e quasi tutte le salse disponibili.
Abbiamo preso anche una porzione di falafel da 6 (si possono ordinare anche da 4 o 9 se non erro) serviti su crema di ceci e tahina (un pelino troppo acida per i miei gusti) e accompagnati da un pane sottile fritto che è la fine del mondo.
Ho provato la Laziza al melograno e mi è piaciuta. È frizzantina e il malto dà la sensazione di bere della birra nonostante sia analcolica. Ah non servono alcolici ma hanno una vasta scelta di bibite tradizionali e non.
Vorrei tornarci per provare sia la pizza che gli altri piatti arabi.
La vicinanza alla metro Conca d'Oro è comodissima dato che permette di arrivare lì senza incappare nel traffico romano serale.

27/01/2024: Gnocchi fatti in casa superlativi. Ma tutti i primi piatti espressi sono buonissimi. Un pranzo veloce. Con la qualità di un ristorante gestito da uno chef di livello. Ma ad un prezzo da bar. Consigliatissimo
