02/05/2025: This is truly a gem in Rome! Very cozy, authentic restaurant, outside the busy center of Rome. The service is very pleasant and friendly. Gabriel helped us very well. The pizza calzones are huge! And for a great price. After all, this restaurant has had the best pasta carbonara for a number of years! And that is rightly so. So: definitely recommended to eat here!

06/05/2025: First of all, I would like to thank the dear staff of Tanvor Restaurant for their very friendly and welcoming food, which is second to none, along with the traditional atmosphere and Iranian music. I am grateful to them for giving me a great time. I recommend it to Iranian friends to try it for the first time.

05/04/2025: Warm and inviting environment with a relaxing atmosphere. The food is delicious. We started dinner with some appetizers and then moved on to the piece de resistance: the couscous. The couscous is extremely delicious and served in generous portions. The prices are more than reasonable and the staff are friendly, fast and helpful. We had a wonderful evening, recommended to everyone for an outing with friends or family.

05/04/2025: I've recently had the pleasure of dining at Alfonso Cous Cous restaurant with my family, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. They took the time to explain the menu and offered great recommendations, making us feel welcomed and valued. The cous cous dishes were the highlight of the evening (came in RICH portions!!!!!)🥰 Overall, I highly recommend this cous cous restaurant to anyone looking to enjoy a unique and delicious meal. I can’t wait to return and explore more of their menu offerings! 💕

18/04/2025: I met the owners of the venue through the concerts and cultural events of the Persian world organized by them in Rome. Then I learned about the restaurant. The restaurant is not very large, reservations are recommended to ensure you get a seat. To start we tried a mix of typical appetizers, all really delicious. Kashk or bademjoon, a dish with eggplant omelette with a typical Persian cheese is always my favorite. then an excellent Burani which is also very pleasant to eat as a sauce with Kebab. This appetizer is quite light and original. For the main course we chose Kebab Kubideh, Kebab Qashqai and Fesenjoon Stew. That last one is a meat or chicken dish with ground nuts and cooked in pomegranate sauce. Absolutely good. all accompanied by rice. The dish was delicious, with wonderful flavours, it was very good. As for the side dish, we tasted Zeitun Parvarde which should be prepared with olives seasoned with Persian products and pomegranate sauce. The aromas are very good. After all this we didn't feel like eating dessert, I will next time. Thank you very much to the owner for his advice, his service and for taking the time to chat. The atmosphere is calm. The menu has everything you need to discover this cuisine rich in flavors and make you want to come back to spend pleasant moments.

08/03/2025: A simple local deli with a good variety of vegetable dishes, as well as some seafood, meat, & pastas. However, some of the pasta is made for local to take home and cook. It’s a popular location with the locals for its low prices, quality food, and value. Our favorite was the mushrooms with seasoned & diced tomatoes.
