09/06/2026: I ordered a menu recommended by the waitress, who was very knowledgeable, and I was very satisfied. The cold appetizers were delicious with pleasant pairings. The first courses were delicious, both the white chitarrine and the red risotto. The roast and fried meats were both excellent. The service was also excellent, courtesy of the friendly and knowledgeable waiters, and the bill was reasonable for the quality and quantity served. Excellent, highly recommended for a pleasant evening!

03/06/2026: The atmosphere inside was warm, with 40 degrees outside. Fried with a lot of oil, mussels in the appetizer were raw and closed.

The menu isn't overly extensive, but it does feature dishes that piqued curiosity. The full menu offered a well-structured gastronomic journey, characterized by well-constructed dishes and pleasant service. Each course demonstrated technique, balance, and evident attention to detail in the selection of ingredients. Among the offerings, the seafood carbonara stands out: a dish that reveals complex preparation and remarkable technical mastery, distinguished by its flavor and originality. The final conversation with the chef highlighted the dedication and commitment required to maintain high standards, offering an interesting insight into the work behind each creation, which is difficult for the uninitiated to perceive. In conclusion, a restaurant definitely worth a visit, both for its quality and for the price, which is in line with the offerings, as is the wine list. I really appreciated the owner's knowledge of beers and his intriguing pairings for both piadinas and sandwiches, while also allowing you to create your own piadina from scratch. The staff is very friendly, quick, and polite. We spent some wonderful evenings with friends, eating and drinking excellently. Recommended!

25/08/2025: Nice pub-style place with outdoor seating. Very delicious and huge piadina, I also ordered Ascoli olives. Fast service, reasonable price considering the size of the piadinas.

02/08/2025: The selection of ice creams is good...not only classic flavors but also refined ones like my favorite "40 degrees" or "yogurt and pomegranate sauce" but also "booo", "mare d'inverno", "nocciatella", "carato"...and the whipped cream on offer is spectacular, the girls at the counter are always kind, helpful and friendly. In short, a regular stop at Joseph when I go to Marotta.

13/05/2026: Vecchia Osteria, a name that's perfect. This place has a very vintage atmosphere, but serves high-quality, beautifully presented products. The meat is top-notch and very reasonably priced. If you're passing through Marotta, this restaurant is worth a stop. Recommended! 😉

09/05/2026: We had a great time, arriving by chance on a Saturday night without a reservation... Rita was immediately welcoming, found us a spot, despite the chaos, and happily accompanied us throughout the evening (with her infectious laugh!) Excellent selection of beers and excellent food, delicious food. Five stars, fully deserved.

19/08/2025: The piadinas are really good, rich and filling. A wide selection of beers. Unfortunately, the wait times, the less than attentive staff, and the minimal cover charge ruin the evening a bit.
