When eating, I couldn't help but think of a hot search news that said that after Big S divorced, she went to a restaurant and ordered truffles and said she would keep sprinkling until she stopped. Here, you don't need to divorce to eat truffle-covered pasta until you are full. And the price is very affordable! The barbecue is also delicious, it is charcoal grilled.

17/05/2025: Ho preso una carbonara al tartufo. È stato un viaggio metafisico eccezionale mangiarla. Al contempo, è rimasta un po' pesante. Infatti, nonostante abbia preso la porzione più piccola, mi sono ritrovata con un piatto straripante di pasta. Il sugo della carbonara è supersaporito e condito. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci.💛

10/05/2025: Pranzo all’ombra del Torrione. Cerchiamo un posto per mangiare un boccone. A pochi passi ci sono vari locali, ma il nome di questo colpisce la mia fantasia. Siamo in quattro, due umani e due quattro zampe. Nessun problema per il gestore. Ambiente moderno, anche se mi sarei aspettato fosse un po’ più rustico. Poca gente, per fortuna, forse anche perché era venerdì 2 maggio, giorno di “ponte”. Ottimi i primi, buoni anche i secondi. Mezzo vino e un’acqua, caffè, 50 in due. Personale accogliente e attento. Buon rapporto qualità/ quantità/ prezzo. Passassi ancora dalle parti di Cagli, ci tornerei.

19/05/2025: Refined gourmet restaurant with some excellent mushroom dishes. Refined atmosphere. Helpful, very kind staff, knows the dishes and wines perfectly. Good desserts but not up to the standard of the rest. Accepts dogs.

12/05/2025: Di passaggio per la zona a Pasqua avevo cercato prima un ristorante adeguato e devo dire che l’esperienza ha superato le aspettative! Tutto ottimo: location, accoglienza, menù, carta dei vini e disponibilità e professionalità del personale. Da tornarci di sìcuro!

08/05/2025: I can only give 5 stars but I would give 10! we had to stay one night and we stayed (unfortunately only) two :)) We felt at home, very kind gentlemen, in a fairytale place with an incredible view that put us back into the world. Perfectly clean bathrooms with hot showers.

27/04/2025: Grazie alla manifestazione “DISTINTI SALUMI”, organizzata da Slow Food Italia con la collaborazione del Comune di Cagli (PU) e di Slow Food Marche abbiamo scoperto questa Gastrosteria in pieno centro storico. Il Fontes propone prodotti di altissima qualità. I salumi di loro produzione sono eccellenti! Complimenti a Valerio Ferri, Norcino è proprietario di questo spettacolare esercizio commerciale. Rapporto qualità / prezzo ottimo. Noi lo consigliamo.

05/04/2025: Scoperta occasionale. Locale molto accogliente grazie al titolare assai cortese e affabile e all'arredamento confortevole. Menù poco pretenzioso con piatti classici locali ben realizzati. Dolce finale al mascarpone e amarene squisito. Prezzo giusto.

03/06/2025: Raise your hand if you can pay 5.90 Euros for two fantastic brioches, one with walnuts and the other wholemeal, I think orange and ginger (but large, not sad), a cappuccino and a generous latte macchiato, well seated and served at the table. In a bar on the outskirts of Mestre, and I say Mestre almost suburbia, I pay 1.40 Euros for a coffee and I won't tell you about the cappuccino. Thanks for the excellent breakfast.

01/06/2025: Nice, except that the environment is too narrow honestly, the service is fast the food is delicious except that the cakes when you ask for example a small chocolate and pistachio cake they bring you different and on this it is not nice. On the cakes a kilo of cream and a bit of chocolate or any cream. Anyway you deserve 4 stars.
