14/10/2025: It's not a restaurant, but a fairly basic wooden house on the outskirts of Tolentino. In the summer, you eat outside next to the road. Known for its good food, especially the tagliata (which range from €22.50 to €26). First courses range from €11.50 to €15. The food is quite good, but given the high prices, you expect something more, but it's nothing exceptional. I would have preferred (in my opinion, for hygiene reasons) a paper tablecloth instead of almost nothing at all, with a €2.50 cover charge. The side dishes are paltry for the price (€5-6). The waiters are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. For those who have never been, it's worth a visit at least once. We won't be returning.

Half of our order didn't arrive, and despite repeated requests from the waiter (who was admittedly polite, except for the lady at the counter), we couldn't figure out the cause. The sushi chef seemed to have a problem with me and my friends (as he kept giving us rude looks). If he thought I'd ordered too much, he could have blamed me, as long as he actually made what I'd ordered. In fact, I didn't eat any of my sushi, and while some did arrive, it tasted awful. I bet your dumplings and soup were long past their expiration date. I think you owe the waiter an apology. You ruined their attentive and friendly service. I definitely won't be returning.
