As soon as you enter, you immediately sense the care and attention to every detail: an elegant yet welcoming space, a warm and relaxed atmosphere, and extremely kind staff, always available with a smile. The cuisine is simply extraordinary: carefully crafted, beautifully presented, and prepared with the freshest ingredients. Each course speaks to the chef's passion and expertise. The fish cappellacci are truly unique—delicate, balanced, and bursting with flavor… truly a dish worthy of applause, a small masterpiece that alone is worth the visit. The other dishes also stand out for their flavor and originality, with always spot-on pairings. My only personal complaint concerns the champagne risotto, which I found a bit too intense in flavor: for my taste, the champagne slightly overpowered the other aromas. That said, it's still a well-executed dish and a testament to the kitchen's desire to experiment. Service is fast, attentive, but never intrusive. The portions are just right, the timing between courses is perfect, and the prices are absolutely in line with the quality. It's one of those places where you eat truly well and leave feeling completely satisfied, wanting to return.
