04/05/2025: I have come to this restaurant on several occasions and I must underline that I have always had a good time, I admire the continuity over time... I have both had lunch and an evening pizza and I must honestly say that I have always had a good time. The costs are perfectly in line with the market, don't miss the "menu of the day" for lunch which for €15 offers 1st 2nd side dish and water (I happened to have fish and it was all excellent). What else to write, try it too if you are in the area, I RECOMMEND it! (The only venial sin is the furnishings, which are pleasant but a little dated)

The food is mediocre, the service tries to be sufficient, but fails, and the environment is like a company canteen. The biggest criticism, however, is the price, you can't ask 5 euros for a "thimble" of sorbet!@@ and have it go up to more than 22 euros per person for 5 first courses and only one second course

15/08/2024: Fish dinner for two adults and two children. Ordered: Abundant starter with three courses €25, seafood salad starter €18, mussels starter, pasta with sauce, abundant fish stew, very good lobster gnocchi...water and wine...prices in line with other local restaurants. A place probably with a glorious past, you can see that the managers try to make it welcoming... unfortunately it is showing signs of age. Location on the sea, had dinner on the terrace. We were the only customers... I was sorry because it's worth it!

13/08/2024: We ate with friends, the dishes were plentiful, the food was good, we were very happy with the friendly service. To return.

20/04/2025: Really lovely place! We only stopped for a coffee, but the atmosphere won us over, we can't wait to return to enjoy lunch too!!

18/05/2025: very satisfied, we were served in 10 minutes and I must say that the maccheroncini allo scoglio exceeded my expectations. for the second course I ordered a mixed fry: the quantity was right, the salt level a bit high and the vegetables tasteless. the panna cotta surprised me a lot, the passion fruit and raspberries were a great combination (maybe better not to serve them frozen). the staff was welcoming and they managed to get a table for four people in a few minutes since it was all full. the atmosphere was quiet and I felt at ease THE DEFECTS: - there was little salt in the calamari salad - the bread was not enough 108 euros for 4 people (27€ per person) it is a high price but now in line with the average of many fish restaurants on the Adriatic coast

23/09/2024: We stayed in the International Village of Porto Recanati and, on the advice of our tenant, we went to have lunch at the Baretto and have never left it since. We have tried everything and they have never let us down. Even though we were at the end of the season, there was never a lack of a smile and kindness. Especially with our little dog, always well received and pampered. Highly recommended.

01/09/2024: I went with friends personally with a great desire for pizza. I ordered an Italian pizza i.e. Margherita with buffalo mozzarella. Absolutely the most inedible pizza of my entire life. Very thin pasta, which could also have been fine if it had a hint of edge. The dressing consisted of an exaggerated amount of tomato sauce devoid of any seasoning. The mozzarella consisted of two tiny pieces that got lost in the sauce. After trying a wedge, I couldn't eat it. The fish dishes ordered by my friends were, overall, good. The service was good.

20/05/2025: Excellent food, maybe I would pay a little more attention to details, for example we had dinner a few nights ago and there was no music in the room, so it was a little strange. Same thing for the service, once the bottle of wine was opened and the first round poured, no one bothered to refill the glasses afterwards. By the way, there were 5 of us and there were only 3 glasses of water on the table. Small things, but they make a difference. For the rest, everything was excellent.

18/05/2025: Few words 4 anonymous first courses. Tasteless rice, overcooked gnocchi. Second course even worse. Cold, greasy and soft fried food. To close an absurd account, the voices of the owner's tensions in the kitchen could be heard from outside. Never again. It takes courage....

07/05/2025: Pleasant experience, pampered both by the spectacular food and by the talented Maria!

05/05/2025: We passed by and were attracted by the €25 full menu sign! (tourist) We went up, given the low season there were few people and there was room we went to the terrace (Beautiful, nothing to say) We sat down and they set the table for us, a very kind guy, even more so! We wait a bit and after about half an hour the first course arrives with mussels and clams (3 mussels and 5 clams) I already understood everything!!!! After a while the second course was spaghetti with seafood (a GIANT dish with only 3/4 forkfuls of spaghetti inside with an only child prawn inside and what's more the frozen product left on the plate was not edible it had been made inside like cream! All SALTY!!! (and pure pasta costs nothing you make a nice dish make up for it with the lack of the other courses be smart! NO you pay little you have to have very little!!!! Okay) (Pretend) Third course of mixed fried food 4 pieces of calamari and a prawn (very scarce!!!!!) Finally glass of white wine (stinky) If I were the owner I wouldn't do the tourist lunch, so as not to give people almost anything to eat, I know €25 is not much! But throwing them away means remaining without eating and a shame!

19/04/2025: Abbiamo chiesto ad una persona del posto dove potevamo mangiare del buon pesce e ci ha consigliato questo posto che infatti era pieno soprattutto di gente locale (questa è sempre la miglior garanzia). Abbiamo mangiato in un bellissimo tavolino sulla spiaggia vista mare e il cibo lo abbiamo trovato molto buono.

16/04/2025: Pranzo perfetto in una location di fronte al mare raffinata e piacevole. Il cibo era ottimo, pesce fresco, quantità abbondanti e prezzi sotto la media. Abbiamo ordinato per antipasto soute di cozze e lupini, spaghetti con lupini e gnocchi alla pescatora. Vino bianco buono. Servizio cordiale e attento.
