Very nice location;
Polite and kind service, qualities that can't be bought in the supermarket;
Everything was very good from the appetizers to the dessert, we ate everything and liked everything, it is no coincidence that the menu has always been the same for many years;
The cost? 30 euros per person!
I recommend it!!!!
20/01/2025: Birthday with friends, wonderful experience. Very friendly staff, you can eat as much as you want with truly high quality. Fixed menu with an enviable quality/price ratio these days. Recommended to everyone

05/02/2025: Simple and traditional cuisine, excellent in genuine flavors and in the quality of the products. A place without any frills. As per a good "trattoria of the past" (and they almost don't exist anymore!), there is no trick and there is no deception.
Personally I ate the best pasta with mackerel sauce ever...
Be careful if you have paintings on the wall, they might surprise you...
16/11/2024: Ho girato l'Italia in lungo e in largo ma posso sicuramente dire che questo posto non sarà famoso mai ho trovato il miglior pesce FRESCHISSIMO che habbia mai mangiato.
Ben cucinato e e servito velocemente.
I muri sono tappezzati di quadri un po strani ma belli.

03/01/2025: We had marinara rice and squid and prawn skewers (prawns were in the clear minority, which I didn't mind as I preferred squid).
All very good. Fair price.
The only flaw is the dessert. The. Cheesecake was frozen and not good at all. Maybe tiramisu would have been better.
I personally didn't like the coffee.

Friendly welcome and nice atmosphere
Had tagliatelle alla scoglio. Perfect! Great, slightly spicy, alloyed sauce.
Best pasta dish in a long time, with fresh seafood.
There is no gluten-free pasta.
Main course: fish platter (without breading);
Fish platter was also very good, but fish was grilled a bit too much but Sepiolini skewer was perfect.
Everything fresh from the Adriatic, according to the owner

05/09/2024: Avevamo letto delle recensioni molto positive. Non possiamo che confermare. Cibo ottimo e abbondante. Se ordinate la padella che nominalmente è per 2 tenete conto che di fatto è per 4. Vi consiglio di ordinare il secondo solo dopo aver consumato questo piatto. Potreste non farcela a mandare giù altro!! Pecorino alla brace, una padella, 2 spiedini con contorno, Acqua, 1)4 di vino, 2 sorbetti . Pagato 67€
30/08/2024: Il ristorante Hotel Val d’Aso è una tappa fissa durante le vacanze nelle Marche. Qualità prezzo imbattibile. Pasta all’Astice ottima, rigatoni ai frutti di mare da leccarsi i baffi e le grigliate di pesce sono squisite. Personale molto educato e disponibile. Serve assolutamente prenotare prima, altrimenti si rischia di non trovare posto. Adattò anche a famiglie con bimbi piccoli (seggiolone e fasciatoio sono a disposizione dei clienti). Il ristorante necessiterebbe sicuramente di un piccolo restyling, ma non è la veste che fa il monaco 😉

06/09/2024: Posto che all'inizio sembra ok ma con il tempo ti rendi conto dello squallore del locale la falsità del proprietario il menù sempre uguale, pesce super congelato e anche di cattiva qualità, con gli antipasti sono stata male una settimana
02/09/2024: Servizio curato e preciso, c erano solo il Capo e la Figlia eppure le sale sono state servite in modo impeccabile. Le cozze buonissime, materie prime Freschissime e di prima qualità. La Carbonara di pesce, il fritto , l antipasto, niente da eccepire. La cameriera sempre sorridente e Marco sa metterti a proprio agio e farti sentire subito a casa... Cosa aspettate? Prenotate al Matepaya!!!! Ci abbiamo messo molto a trovare un tavolo e già qui ho capito che sarei stata benissimo! Ottimo connubio gusto e qualità 💛
