19/08/2024: The Riviera Bar is a real institution for those looking for a genuine but informal culinary experience outside the Pedaso area. I was particularly struck by the quantity and quality of the food, the fish is fresh and well cooked, but the other options on the menu are also really tempting. The portions are generous and the value for money is unbeatable. Okay, the restaurant is not located "overlooking the sea", but along the state road, however the environment is welcoming and informal, perfect for a quick lunch break or a more relaxed dinner. The menu is sufficiently varied and satisfies all tastes, from fresh fish to sandwiches and tripe. I recommend booking if you want to be sure of finding a seat, especially in the summer period, given that the place is not very large. A specialty absolutely worth trying is the spaghetti allo scoglio prepared with fresh fish and the fried fish, dry and well done. Bar Riviera is a restaurant worth a visit. If you are in Pedaso near Ponte Nina or in the surrounding area, you cannot miss the opportunity to enjoy their exquisite cuisine.

05/08/2024: Amazing campsite in the town of Porto san Giorgio. Great accommodation, animation programs all day, excellent food :) Very nice and helpful staff. The possibility of using the swimming pool and the sports field within the camp. Bike rental available. Sea approx. 600 m from the campsite, private sandy beach with sunbeds and various sports activities incl. animation program right on the beach.

13/08/2024: PLEASANT Came on a Tuesday in August when there is a craft market here in Torre di Palme, so there are a lot of people and it's also difficult to find parking (I recommend coming at 7.30pm). Story restaurant located on a terrace with a crazy view and also airy. The dishes are very good and plentiful. Pasta al dente and very tasty and the tuna steak really good, cooked just right (not overcooked). The service is very hasty, in fact the risk is that the dishes will overlap as happened to us, who while we were finishing the starter the first courses arrived and almost afterwards also the second courses. The staff is a little awkward as they bring condiments or drinks several times. I don't recommend the desserts because even if they are homemade, they are strangely all at room temperature, that is, the cheesecake, sorbet or panna cotta were not nice and fresh. Sin! A good evening overall.

11/08/2024: I would like to point out that I have never given a negative review, as that's not my usual thing. Once we took the order: a mixed fried food and two pizzas, the fried food arrived very quickly (then we understood why: most of the things were cold). Shortly after we were eating the fried food, the waitress arrives, warning us that the pizzas had come out early and therefore asks if she could bring them anyway, we, slightly taken aback, reply to proceed. The pizza arrives, apparently the base looked like the frozen one from the supermarket, and perhaps it was given that it was completely raw and therefore inedible. We pointed out the problem to the waitress after a long time since she had never stopped by during dinner. In the end we paid €40 without an apology or even a minimal discount for what happened.

02/08/2024: Please avoid this place. We had to wait 1 hours for food. This is absolutely unacceptable. Pizza was also very dry and tasteless.

17/07/2024: Very nice restaurant located on the beach, nice staff and nice atmosphere. The food was super tasty, the starters were great & the patatas were very, very good! The pizza was Italian and simply great. The four of us paid €88 for all dishes, including lots of water, a beer and a wine spritzer each. Water for €2, the cappuccino €1.50 is crazy 😍 very good value for money. 😊👍🏻

07/08/2024: I didn't like the pizza very much. Too much seasoning which moistened it enough to make it sticky. Maybe they wanted to overdo it thinking they were doing well.......but in reality they ruined the consistency. The heat and excessive humidity were certainly also an accomplice. The service excellent. The girl was truly exquisite in her kindness and education. Nice place, near the beach which was deserted at that moment because at dusk......

28/07/2024: Overall nice place, unqualified and even rude staff. There were 6 of us who arrived and asked for an aperitif with something to nibble on. They brought us cocktails with not even a piece of pizza or rustici each. We asked kindly (for a fee) if they could bring us something else to tease; they replied that they had nothing unfortunately. We had another round of drinks (just for 2) and more appetizers magically arrived (for 2). Bars that don't want to work should close.

18/06/2024: Il Ristorante Papillon di Porto Sant'Elpidio è una vera gemma in riva al mare, rinomato per la qualità eccezionale del suo cibo. Specializzato in pesce freschissimo, ogni piatto è un'esperienza culinaria indimenticabile, valorizzando al massimo i sapori autentici del mare. Con la vista mozzafiato sul mare e un'atmosfera accogliente, Papillon è il luogo ideale per chi cerca un'esperienza gastronomica di alto livello in un contesto incantevole. Consigliatissimo per gli amanti del pesce e per chi desidera gustare piatti di alta qualità in una location splendida. Merita la visita senza se e senza ma.

09/06/2024: Abbiamo deciso di prenotare dopo una ricerca online. Abbiamo chiamato, e ci hanno trovato un tavolo di favore all'esterno dicendo che il locale era pieno (gesto molto apprezzato). Ovviamente il locale aveva la metà dei tavoli vuoti, e non si sono riempiti durante la serata. Fin da subito il proprietario, accompagnandoci al tavolo ha dimostrato poca cortesia, quasi scocciato della nostra presenza. Durante l'ordinazione abbiamo fatto alcune domande per avere qualche dettaglio in più sui piatti, ovviamente non ha gradito. Per il servizio direi 1 stella. Per contro, il pesce era di buona qualità e i piatti ricercati. Ma sinceramente se voglio farmi trattare male scelgo altre soluzioni. Complimenti al cuoco, peccato per la proprietà. Non raccomandato. Location normale.

14/03/2024: Known as Bar Aragno now Desiderio is the oldest bar in the area. Located under the Town Hall, it is a point of reference for those who want to meet and taste good coffee, excellent pasta and sandwiches. In the evening it is suitable for dinner aperitifs. The owner is a young woman.

13/03/2024: Drink on a Saturday night. A little cold and dated environment, a little careless waiters, mediocre cocktails, they have the "tea and herbal tea menu" and they had a tea and a chamomile available. Decent Irish coffee, they brought us three pastries with chamomile, very good ones. It probably works very well as a pastry shop, as a "lounge bar" I don't feel like recommending it unfortunately.

27/05/2024: Mi sono fermato casualmente in questo ristorante, ritengo scarsa la pulizia degli ambienti e dei prodotti serviti. Ho persino trovato un insetto sulle foglie di lattuga.
