28/09/2025: I give it 3 stars for encouragement, but unfortunately it deserves one. From the inedible Ascoli olives to the freshly defrosted pizzas... delivered after two hours to a half-empty restaurant. Everything was very cheap and discount-style. The owner(?) acknowledged everything and, clearly embarrassed, gave us a discount, citing the fact that he's aware of the problem and that things will change in 30 days. I hope so, but 30 days in these conditions is a big risk for a business. Good luck.

24/08/2025: I've been frequenting this pizzeria for several years now and can happily say I've seen its growth and positive changes in both the restaurant and the staff. The atmosphere is always welcoming and familiar, and each time I notice a constant commitment to improving the quality of the service and the pizzas, which are truly excellent and always made with care. I highly recommend trying this place: it's ideal for a dinner with friends or family. It's worth remembering that, with large tables, service can take a little longer, especially if you don't order appetizers—this is completely normal and understandable, as everyone's attention to detail is the same. In any case, it's absolutely worth it: a place that has grown over the years and deserves to be discovered (or rediscovered).

15/07/2025: Beautifully calm. Delicious cuisine. Beautiful presentation. In the city center. The sea is nearby.

16/03/2025: Cold place. Tables next to the bathroom with a constant sewer smell. Food quality is extremely poor. The pizza crust was probably frozen. The meat quality is very poor and smelly. Prices are outrageous. Not recommended. The Google rating is misleading.

04/11/2025: Not a very serious bar, regarding the welcome, the lady was wearing a Sampdoria scarf. I asked for a latte macchiato, and they served me milk with coffee (coffee residue), kept in a small DIY coffee maker, and the coffee wasn't made on the spot. The latte macchiato was disgusting. And I paid for the milk and the coffee made on the spot.

10/06/2025: Simply top, the owner is friendly and very knowledgeable on any topic, at lunch many good things, especially the fish, simply top.

25/08/2025: The evening of August 14, 2025, at 11:55 PM, four of us asked if we could get ice cream. The gentleman inside (I presume the owner) replied, "The place is closed, please come out." He sounded very rude, and without answering, he "accompanied" us to the gate outside, which he slammed shut, and continued to refuse to answer. He was extremely rude, and could have said in a different tone, "Sorry, but we've already closed everything and we can't serve you." I understand you're tired, but it wasn't even midnight yet, and it was mid-August.

22/08/2025: We got some ice cream for after dinner. A small cone for €3 (two flavors). We were shocked and speechless at the small amount placed on the cone. I've never seen anything so small; compared to other places, it was the equivalent of one flavor!!! I didn't say anything; I don't feel like arguing, but he'll certainly never see us again.

15/11/2025: We went for lunch and ordered four sandwiches: unfortunately, three were cold, with the bread probably not being fresh, one was burnt, and the chicken inside was frozen. The service was decent: the lady at the counter was kind when we asked to reheat them, but the bread was still not very good, and the overall experience was disappointing; we hadn't expected it to be this good. We also noticed a woman in the kitchen with her hair down and smoking a vape—behavior we consider inappropriate in a food-preparing environment. I'm sorry, but I don't recommend it at all. 23/08/2025: €10 for a ham and mozzarella sandwich, where there were probably 20 grams of the first and 30 grams of the second. A steal. Toast with a third of the filling promised on the menu, for €9. At that price, I eat more at the service station, and that says it all. The sandwich was truly half-empty…

16/11/2025: My girlfriend and I tried the "trust us" tasting menu (€70 each): everything was very good, especially the tartare starter. In my opinion, the portions were too large for a tasting menu; we were left feeling very full; however, it's always better this way than the opposite. The location is beautiful and well-kept, and the background music is pleasant. The service was quite good, but I would have expected a little more attention to detail: the tasting menu we chose wasn't described, yet the dishes weren't explained by the staff. Furthermore, we noticed many customers smoking their IQOS cigarettes undisturbed inside the restaurant; in general, in restaurants of this caliber, I expect the staff to intervene. Aside from these two small details, everyone is extremely kind and friendly, the food is very good, and we'll definitely be back to try other dishes!

16/11/2025: Suffocating service. They refill your glass every 10 minutes to push you to consume as much as possible (we were asked three times if we wanted more glasses of sparkling wine before ordering... we were refused three times). They constantly try to convince you to order dishes other than the ones you'd like, always offering the most expensive ones. Poor value for money. 250g fillet...€70... Everything fake...even the customers. We wanted to say "little but good"... but it's more like "little but BAD."

14/08/2025: We spent two days in San Benedetto and happened upon this beach resort, which has absolutely everything: the family who runs it welcomed us warmly and with great kindness. The facility is equipped with every comfort and serves a thirst-quenching and delicious draft beer. I highly recommend it!

30/09/2025: Well, open late at night, if you're hungry or have a craving, you'll find croissants and other fillings here in any way you like...

22/08/2025: I ordered a mojito that was, to say the least, horrendous and, therefore, undrinkable. Poor-quality tonic water, to boot, with half a lemon, a dash of some unidentified alcohol, no cane sugar, a tiny green leaf, and lots and lots of ice! After paying, the young waitress politely and professionally apologized profusely to my complaints, while the owner, unperturbed, remained absorbed in thought with a disgraceful indifference. This is not how you treat customers; you scare them away!

22/08/2025: I spent a truly enjoyable day at the Calypso chalet in Porto d'Ascoli. The beach is well-kept and tidy, with well-arranged umbrellas and loungers. Special thanks to the owners, beach staff, and bar staff: everyone was friendly, helpful, and always attentive to guests' needs. I had a wonderful lunch, with fresh, high-quality dishes. Highly recommended for those seeking relaxation, a warm welcome, and excellent cuisine by the sea.

07/10/2025: The place is beautiful and the breakfast is satisfying, but I have to give it a low rating after seeing a customer smoke an IQOS inside the restaurant and then leave the filter in her coffee saucer, which the barista took away without any comment. Therefore, the customer's rudeness is serious, but even more serious is the fact that the employees didn't say anything.

25/09/2025: Siro the waiter needs to be fired NOW! This morning I'm having my usual cappuccino. Suddenly, this waiter comes over AND WITHOUT ASKING ME, he takes the receipt from my table and brings it to the table of a foreigner from Eastern Europe who wanted to pay for me!!!! I look at him in surprise and he replies, "Oh, but he wants to pay for you." I get up, take MY receipt from HIS table, and go to pay. Meanwhile, the foreigner mutters something in broken Italian, stares at me annoyed, gets up, and leaves. Shocked and upset, I finish my cappuccino and leave. I don't think the waiter even understands what's wrong with a situation like this.
