09/08/2025: Completely unacceptable. I stood at the counter for fifteen minutes and no one had the decency to help me or speak to me. So rude. After 15 minutes, we left and were greeted very warmly at the New Fireplace pizzeria around the corner. As it should be, in a friendly manner that makes you feel welcome.

02/07/2025: C’è il coperto di €2 da sommare con all you can eat che non è corretto visto che non c’è nemmeno una tovaglia sul tavolo. Al momento dello scontrino non offrono l’amaro non è carino, lo fanno tutti i ristoranti giapponesi 🙃

25/02/2025: Happened for lunch, easy parking, a place that raises some doubts, ordered things that seemed "normal" at the sight and tasting, the TASTE BUDS WERE HARRY!!! - ENTERTAINMENT - EXCELLENT, the "castrato" (sheep) is orgasmic, both grilled and with pasta. First courses in a more than abundant portion. In short, a real trattoria from the past. Worth going and trying. Low prices.

12/08/2025: The owner is exceptionally kind and helpful, the food is delicious, especially the fried fish and the peppered mussels. I highly recommend coming.

10/08/2025: After a lovely stroll along the seafront, we went looking for a nice place to have lunch and, relying on the reviews, we stumbled upon Chalet Viareggio: Fantastic!! Excellent, fresh food, topped off with a warm, friendly staff and very fair prices. We'll be back!

08/08/2025: Every year (for 30 years now), I absolutely can't help but stop by! I've always had a great experience, but I have to say that this year Vincenzo and his team have outdone themselves. What you see in the photo is a simply grilled tuna fillet, and some of you might say, "Well, come on...what's the big deal?" But I disagree. The service begins as soon as you set foot in the chalet, when, very hesitant, you don't know what to order. Vincenzo advises you, pampers you...he makes you feel at home (not something you can take for granted). Shall we talk about the choice of raw materials? Excellent! Shall we talk about the type of cooking required? Perfect. Shall we talk about the presentation of the dishes? (Because, yes, the eye also wants its part) Careful and fun in the combination of colors. My husband and son were invited here (I was invited too, but I couldn't make it 😩) for birthday parties, and they came home beyond thrilled with what they tasted. While they were telling me about all of Vincenzo's delicacies, I thought, "Damn my job! Next time, I'll do anything to be there 😩" Sorry for being so long-winded; I'm off now because I have to choose dessert 🤗🤗 UPDATE: I came back and tried their grilled vegetable skewers... I WANT TO BE ADOPTED BY THEM 😋😋😋😋😋

25/07/2025: 28 (from 26 to 30) I might return when I'm in the area, but I'll also consider other options first. Location 7: Clean, plenty of space between tables. Menu 7: Mainly seafood, but also pizza. The first course is good and the portions are generous. The second course is adequate, but the portions are a bit small. The desserts are very good, especially the cremolada. Service 7: Friendly and not pushy. Bill 7: Overall, reasonable for what we ate.

21/07/2025: On Saturday evening, as part of the Borgo di Vino event, my wife and I decided to try the Osteria dell'Arancio sandwich, which was priced at €12 each. We were expecting something in line with that price. It was a real disappointment: the bread was similar to the sandwiches you buy at discount stores, with very little meat inside. We felt betrayed. Other places for this event offered better options for €7-8.

12/07/2025: Quando tra gli antipasti, l’irrinunciabile set del Tropical, ti trovi un tortino di alici, fiori di zucca, ricotta in salsa di zucchine, ti rendi conto che non parli di un semplice seppure ragguardevole ristorante, ma di qualcosa in più dove la differenza la fa la vocazione alla sperimentazione del proprietario, Tonino, con il quale puoi passare un dopocena a parlare della storia della cucina a 360 gradi, alta cucina e cucina casalinga. Per questo andare al Tropical significa farsi accompagnare da Tonino, certi di essere in mani che hanno cuore la tua soddisfazione. Le pannocchie, il polipo in salsa di patate, un gazpacho con gamberetti, la “carbonara di mare “ con uova di pesce, un’ottima millefoglie e un fresco Malvasia, ci hanno regalato una bellissima serata e come clienti abituali, una conferma di eccellenza.

03/05/2025: Andavo ai bagni tropical quando i miei figli erano piccoli e ogni tanto frequentavo il ristorante . Sono stato mercoledì 30 aprile di passaggio e devo dire che il ristorante è rimasto come allora: pesce fresco, antipasti diversi da allora ma fantastici, pesce freschissimo proposto in modo originale. L’unica frittura che riesco a digerire è questa. Da provare assolutamente e fidatevi dei consigli del titolare ..

15/07/2025: Why ruin a good dinner with service? My friends and I had dinner with the set menu. I found the food quality to be good, with some very interesting dishes. A good selection, especially for the price. It's a shame, however, that the service was rushed to say the least. The dishes were served one after another, until the risotto arrived, which was brought to us just as we were finishing our last appetizer. I understand that with the set menu, they try to optimize kitchen activity. I also understand that we were 15 minutes late. However, if this is the restaurant's philosophy, I recommend providing precise information about the maximum arrival time. It's truly a shame not to be able to fully enjoy the delicious food. I should point out that no waiter was rude; they simply followed the instructions given. And inevitably, they too were affected by the rushed service, occasionally forgetting a few requests (nothing serious).

21/06/2025: Pasta House in Grottammare does not need reviews, but after years of having my lunches at the seaside here, I feel like thanking you for the quality that has never lost a comma, more than honest prices and above all a rare kindness. Even though there is a constant queue, you always keep your seraphic calm and relaxed smile and you really put me in a good mood!

26/04/2025: Here you can get really tasty Italian home cooking "porta via", so take it with you. Mamma is busy in the kitchen, two young men serving nicely at the store side. The selection changes daily, the prices are really affordable.

18/08/2025: Unfortunately, a necessary warning. I'm writing this review with regret, because I've enjoyed your *GLUTEN-FREE* pizza for a long time and have gladly chosen to return. Unfortunately, the last two experiences in a month haven't been positive, and I think it's right to share them, especially for someone like me who lives with celiac disease. The product I was served didn't live up to my expectations: the crust clearly seemed prepackaged and, unfortunately, not the best. Even the toppings, especially the tomato, had an unnatural flavor; the whole thing caused me discomfort during the night. I fully understand that managing gluten-free options requires special attention and costs, but a €3.50 surcharge on such a modest-quality pizza is unacceptable. Not so much for the price itself, but for the feeling that those with specific dietary needs are being accommodated without any real attention to quality. I'm writing this comment in the hope that it might inspire a rethink of some of our choices. Having gluten-free pizza isn't mandatory. We celiac customers aren't looking for privileges, but simply to be able to eat with the same satisfaction as everyone else.

09/07/2025: Absolutely disappointing in every respect. We go to Italy quite often, and I love Italian food and have rarely been disappointed—quite the opposite! But this was by far the worst grilled fish platter ever. Even the tiny slice of lime on the plate looked like it had been on the beach for days and was slightly dehydrated! On top of that, 20 euros for a carafe of house wine! In all the other restaurants in Grottamare, we paid a maximum of 12 euros for a bottle of delicious wine! This is pure rip-off! The service wasn't exactly great either. If you like going home hungry and frustrated and paying a lot of money for a carelessly prepared, cold, and minimalist fish platter, this is the place for you! Even the great view of the sea doesn't help much!!!!
