27/04/2025: The villa is magnificent, but be warned: the majority of the rooms are in the new wing, which lacks charm and is completely out of step with the villa. The housekeeping isn't done properly. The rooms aren't quiet, and it's impossible to dine at the hotel's small bistro, even though we're guests.
Breakfast...no coffee machine available. It's a far cry from the breakfast you'd expect from a hotel of this caliber.
In short, a huge disappointment.
27/04/2025: The majority of rooms are in fact in an outbuilding and not in the "villa". This is commercially borderline misleading.
Soulless and dark rooms.
We had explicitly requested a quiet room, we ended up with windows overlooking the hotel pizzeria (noisy late at night.)
Breakfast far from the standards of a 4 star....
Staff welcoming and smiling but doing what they can.
Cleanliness also needs to be reviewed.
Far from everything.
The plus being the park
In a word, move on.

Sconsigliato. Infatti il ristorante era praticamente vuoto.

Siamo passati per un gelato serale,
BUONISSIMO!! Ragazza molto educata e professionale. Ci tornerò sicuramente.
