02/02/2025: Bello il locale perché rispetta l'architettura originaria: si distinguono i portici, i box e i fienili. Comodi i tavoli, anche abbastanza distanti per ogni tipo di necessità. Personale svelto a servire, solo consiglierei di lanciare un occhio ogni tanto per capire se i clienti siano tranquilli: per l'acqua prima e per l'olio dopo, ho dovuto inseguire il personale. Discreto il cibo: affettati buoni ed buona anche la carne a seguire. Forse un po' la solita offerta. Prezzo adeguato al cibo ed al servizio. Consiglio per una aspettativa nella media.

19/01/2025: We arrived on a Saturday evening without a reservation but the very kind staff managed to find us a table for dinner. We opted for pizza, fast and friendly service, good pizza, normal prices. Definitely characteristic place created from the stables of the ancient adjacent villa, where we stayed, nice atmosphere and cleanliness! Highly recommended!

20/01/2025: I stayed at the Hotel Villa Borghi, a splendid historic 17th century villa immersed in a park overlooking Lake Comabbio. The elegant atmosphere and Art Nouveau architecture make the place suggestive and relaxing. My room was spacious, well furnished and equipped with every comfort, with a large and clean bathroom. I appreciated the tranquility of the structure, the kind staff and the varied breakfast served in the park. I had dinner at the “O' lac” bistro, where I enjoyed quality dishes in a refined environment. I recommend checking whether the chosen room is located in the historic villa, for a more authentic experience, or in the modern annex, equally well-kept but less fascinating.

19/01/2025: We stayed one night in a deluxe room in the old part. The historic villa is decidedly suggestive, we booked the room with a view of the park and lake in the distance, beautiful, clean, very comfortable bed and warm temperature, ideal for winter. Helpful, polite and smiling staff. Nice but a little noisy spa reachable from the villa via a tunnel in the basement, a little cold but comfortable. Breakfast assortment could be improved but still varied, the girl on duty was very kind. We had dinner in the nearby restaurant, the cute and characteristic stable. The pretty Lake Comabbio bordered by a beautiful promenade with a cycle path of about 10 km. Experience to repeat in the summer!
