For me, Villa Borghi is much more than just a hotel – it's a true haven of well-being, a place I always love to return to. This isn't my first stay here, and each time I'm there, I experience that special feeling of peace and tranquility anew. The rooms are spacious, and the large, incredibly comfortable bed ensures that I can effortlessly sleep deeply and restfully for eight to nine hours – something I rarely manage otherwise. The view of the lake is simply priceless and makes every morning special. Breakfast leaves nothing to be desired: plentiful, beautifully presented, and with a perfect double espresso that's the ideal way to start the day. This is exactly what a perfect morning meal should be. An absolute highlight is the expansive park. It offers countless quiet corners where you can relax undisturbed, read, or simply enjoy nature. This combination of open space and privacy is truly rare. I would also like to give special mention to the staff: discreet, polite, and pleasantly unobtrusive – a type of service I personally appreciate because it allows for privacy while still being readily available when needed. For me, Villa Borghi is the perfect place to unwind, find peace, and recharge. A place I will definitely return to again and again 🇮🇹 ☀️ 🍷

The Atmosphere What's most striking is the feeling of being a guest in a late-19th-century private residence rather than a hotel guest. Walking through the halls, with their high, ornate ceilings, grand chandeliers, and antique floors, makes you feel like the protagonist of a period novel. Every corner exudes history, but with a captivating lightness: you can sense the glorious past of the family that once lived there, without needing to read guidebooks or signs. It's all in the air. The marvelous park that surrounds the villa is the perfect complement to this atmosphere. Strolling among the centuries-old trees, with your gaze stretching out toward Lake Comabbio, offers an absolute, almost unreal peace.
