For dessert we had a warm chocolate cake and a chocolate cake with pears. The dishes were delicious, perfect in terms of seasoning. We enjoyed it very much

However, we believe it's fair to point out that a 15-minute delay, even without warning, falls within a threshold that many establishments still consider acceptable, especially when the table was reserved. Our disappointment stems from the fact that the table was assigned to someone else without even trying to contact us and from the way the situation was handled upon our arrival. And even from the flight, they'll make us wait outside in the cold. This review isn't intended to "damage" the company, but to recount an experience that, in our opinion, wasn't right. We accept the invitation to return, but we believe it's legitimate to express our opinion, just as it's legitimate for you to explain your version of events. Understanding should be mutual. 29/12/2025: I went there with my dad for dinner. Besides the very nice and quiet atmosphere, the waiters are kind and welcoming. The wait was a bit long, but I can understand that. The food was very good and the prices weren't too high. I recommend it.

02/11/2025: The comment about the mushroom tart, which I read, was misplaced: it was good and as described, beautifully presented. On the other hand, the snobbish use of English terms to describe customer service, which was certainly not lacking, speaks volumes about the person who commented. The meat was very good, and the wine was up to par. The only flaw was the very noisy place, with moments of annoyance: there were a lot of children, but the noise came from the adults (think about it!), and the wait for the dishes was a bit long.

15/03/2026: Absolutely avoid this place. Worst restaurant experience. Mediocre pizza, if not terrible, and eaten with rotten rain dripping from the ceiling, which consisted of a curtain and some obviously unauthorized Styrofoam panels. At the slightest draft, dust from the deteriorated and moldy Styrofoam panels fell onto the pizza and drinks. At the checkout, not only did they not apologize or even offer a small discount or a free liqueur, but they actually inflated the bill. Terrible!

15/03/2026: Terrible experience. We ate on the enclosed veranda, and water dripped over our heads and onto the table. There were also electrical outlets behind us. Every time the wind blew, the ceiling panels moved, and white debris fell onto the pizza and drinks. The first waitress we pointed this out to ignored us; the second said she'd report it. When we went to pay and asked to split the bill by our number, they rounded up the amount. When we pointed out that our food had water and mold on it, they treated us horribly, calling it "slight condensation." This problem can happen to anyone, but professionalism demands at least an apology. Furthermore, they served us after an hour and a quarter. It's a shame, because the pizza was actually good, even if you didn't count the white mold that fell on it.

Terrible service, I've never seen such disregard and inattention to the customer. Digital menu that doesn't work. Cassœula menu consisting of: appetizer, cassœula, polenta and zola, and dessert. The appetizer never arrived, while other tables did. The cassœula was inedible, just four pieces, overcooked under a sea of ​​cabbage immersed in a liter of oil. With two women at the table, they brought the dish first to a man and then to a woman (what's the etiquette?). We had to ask for bread otherwise they wouldn't even bring it to us. Empty bottles left on the table and taken away when they remembered. A bottle of wine opened at the table, the cork broke, and they had to change it. The polenta and zola (was it zola on polenta?) was inedible; zola didn't exist. Someone at the table who didn't eat it asked for a different cheese. He had to wait 15 minutes for a tiny piece of cheese and a sandwich thrown in there. I wouldn't even give my son a hard time if I got pissed off. Dessert arrived, and another 20-minute wait for a tiny piece of cake. Meanwhile, we asked for three amaros and a coffee. The girl, whose name I don't know, came to the table with only one amaro, and when we pointed it out to her, she blurted out, "Why were there three?" Inconceivable. Moral of the story: if your goal was to lose customers, you succeeded. Never again!
