The couple who own the place are incredibly kind and welcoming, making the experience even more special. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail made us feel right at home!

Run by a fantastic couple.
He on duty and she in the kitchen who welcomes every customer with a smile and a joke to make you feel immediately at home.
The simple menu but with genuine and fresh products.
A nice wine list.
In short, worth trying.

01/02/2025: Ho aspettato un po’ prima di decidermi a scrivere la recensione…. Perché onestamente ho mangiato bene, qualità prezzo assolutamente ok. Ma…. Servizio pessimo. Molta attesa. Segnalo allergia e mi arriva come contorno ciò di cui sono allergica. Lo faccio notare alla cassa al momento di pagare e il menefreghismo ne ha fatto da padrone. Consiglierei maggiore attenzione per i clienti, perché la location e i piatti meritano! Tanto è che il mio giudizio è comunque positivo.

30/01/2025: I put this place directly among my favourites, if you are looking for a place to eat divinely and have excellent service come here with your eyes closed. I was in the area on holiday and practically every evening we came to this place trying a specialty every evening 'different. The service every day was excellent, friendly, courteous and fast. It remains right in front of the lake.

05/01/2025: Family trip. Discovered by chance. We ate well and we were all satisfied. Both those who got the first courses and those who got the pizza. Really good. The tiramisu (with the traditional recipe) is also excellent! Fair price! Worth returning if you pass by Lake Maggiore and Laveno

14/02/2025: I haven't been there myself, I gave my parents a dinner at this place and they had a great time, the gift was a great success, I made a great impression and this was only thanks to the professionalism of the collaborators/owners of the hostaria. Even though they are not easy to please, my parents have repeatedly complimented me on the menu and the kindness that welcomed them. I highly recommend it.
05/02/2025: Excellent preparation of dishes, professionalism and courtesy in service, in an environment that puts you at ease. The desserts are also exceptional. I will definitely go back. Chefs and people dedicated to service promoted with academic kiss!!

25/11/2024: Fuimos a este lugar para reunirnos con amigos para almorzar y tomar algo y una vez más la recomendación fue spot on, el servicio de comida y la amabilidad del personal fue spot on, recomendaría a cualquiera para probar esta pequeña joya.

07/01/2025: Pretty good pizza. Ample parking if customers used the ones in front of the school and did not park as they happen to (on the side of the road, on the pedestrian crossing and wherever their imagination suggests). However recommended.

26/02/2025: Pausa pranzo, con 15 euro:1 primo, 1 secondo, acqua, vino caffe con dolcetto. Riso al curry ottimo, con tanti gamberetti e grandi, no quelli del supermercato! Orecchiette zola radicchio e salsiccia ottimi. Pollo e patate, buonoo e abbondante. Seppie e pure, ottime. Caffe e crostatina... Ma che dire... 30 euro con vista lago(noi siamo stati dentro nonostante il sole) Andateci... Io appena vengo ancora a fare un giro in moto, mi fermo ancora qui.

The staff is very kind.
They don't have a huge menu but the things they offer are delicious.
The veranda overlooks the lake and in the afternoon it is a spectacle with the sun.
I had a starter with Norwegian salmon and croutons.
And as a first course a risotto with radicchio and zola, delicious!
Only one bathroom but nice, clean and spacious.
30/10/2023: I usually go to this restaurant for my lunch break, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the dishes are good and the price is reasonable. Recommended even just to try.
Comfortable, private and relaxed environment.
Inside a free book sharing library!
