The tapas were always excellent, the ingredients were top-quality, the service excellent, and the service was courteous. 17/08/2025: Compared to previous years, the place has improved. Having shed the pride of having invented the ultimate cool place, it now offers good food at fair prices. The pan pizza is excellent, and the cocktail list is decent.

23/03/2025: Located in the middle of the Varesina state road, the elegant structure stands behind a sumptuous wrought iron gate. This restaurant is housed in a sumptuous residence dating back to around the second half of the 19th century. The interesting combination of history and modernity reigns supreme. Formal welcome by a very kind waitress, who offers an unusual and very welcome tasting of the oil produced by the owners in Val D'Orcia. A tasty and unexpected aperitif was also offered, which pleasantly served as a prelude to a wonderful dinner. The chef, worthy of the most renowned starred cuisines, born to satisfy the most sophisticated palates with delicate dishes, delicious to the eye and which lead the palate straight to ecstasy. White reigns, the dominant color both in the internal room and in the external patio, here in contrast with a pleasantly dated flooring with dark notes of brown. The structure is surrounded by greenery, so much so that the presence of the road on the outside is forgotten. My need for gluten- and lactose-free cuisine was largely satisfied without the slightest hesitation, without detracting from the flavor and beauty of the dishes. There is free parking outside on the opposite side of the road and the possibility of parking inside the structure. Three steps to access the entrance. I recommend, if you don't have one, a small platform for disabled people and strollers. For those looking for a quiet, elegant and romantic location, I highly recommend it. 04/08/2025: I was really surprised by the lack of vegetarian options. They had so many different burger's and wraps but not a single vegetarian one. I ordered the fries with cheese thinking it would be a big portion. For 4€ it was probably smaller than medium fries and barely had any cheese. My McFlurry also arrived melted

12/07/2025: To forget. It should be a tobacconist. I bought some Garibaldi cigars. They were so old I couldn't smoke a single one. Plus, he overcharged me for them by two euros. Obviously, all without a receipt. Two hundred meters further on, there's a decent tobacconist. I wouldn't eat there even if I were starving.
