31/10/2025: Dinner for two: Tasting menu. Various courses, all excellent: marinated salmon with chicory and cheese, creamed cod on polenta, Alba-style tartare, rice cake with guinea fowl ragù, stewed pork cheek, tiramisu. All delicious. Knowledgeable and knowledgeable staff, above all very friendly. Definitely worth trying again.

04/12/2025: Definitely mediocre value for money. The food is good, but not exceptional. The tasting glasses of wine were 8 / 2 for €184. That seems really high, considering they were two Piedmontese classic method aperitifs.
1 + 1 Via Sazia Bianco and Moscato, which I didn't drink.
1 + 1 Prosecco Valdobbiadene and Dolcetto.
1 + 1 Barolo and Lambrusco di Sorbara.
Really small portions.
It was a surprise menu, so it was a gift, but €544 for two!
We didn't ask for coffee, and they didn't even try to offer a digestif.
And they didn't even take into account one glass we didn't drink.
13/11/2025: Great fine dining restaurant! Chef is one of the pupils of Gualtiero Marchesi. One of the best dinners in a while. Strongly recommend to try this restaurant.

17/11/2025: We organized a party with a pizza tour, with family pizzas... the owner was very kind, he accommodated us on the total price and delivered the pizzas to us even though we were a bit far from the pizzeria! We were very satisfied with the pizzas, good and well-filled, thanks and compliments

24/11/2025: I felt like I was in Rimini for 20 minutes. The piadina was excellent. Cooked well and slightly undercooked, just right. Excellent ham...
Only one flaw: it was too big.
I would have eaten another.
Anyway, my rating from 1 to 10 is 9...because 10 is only for the Rimini piadina.
Congratulations...truly the second best piadina I've ever eaten.
