03/11/2024: Little internal parking. Dirt road with ditches to get there. You practically enter the owners' home. Good food, but, for me who consider myself a good cook, I haven't eaten anything exceptional. We appreciated the attention to detail, but the plastic water bottle wriggling at the table couldn't be looked at. Small portions. The owners are friendly and super hospitable.

28/12/2024: Recommended by friends, I celebrated my birthday in this restaurant. Everything "Perfect", from the appetizers, to the first courses, to the second courses and desserts. Excellent raw materials expertly crafted, truly beautiful and inviting dishes. Well done! Really extensive and quality wine list.

19/12/2024: We came with two kids and ordered two antipasti and four primi piatti as a light lunch. After we finished eating the starter we had to wait around 45min until the pasta arrived. We were one of the first ones to enter the restaurant. Before we got our pasta at almost all the tables the main course was served already. It was totally obvious that our order for the primi piatti got forgotten/lost. This can happen, but when I told  the waiter that we waited extremely long his reaction was absolutely unacceptable. Instead of some words of excuse he reacted irritated with a "what is your problem" expression on his face. Service failures like that can't happen during a light lunch with two glasses of wine and two kids for 180€. Food was in general ok but overpriced. I complained to the restaurant via email 6 weeks ago to give them a chance for an apology before writing this review and did not receive any answer. Hence, I guess this one star rating is well deserved.

26/01/2025: I recommend what I tried Excellent mixed fried food. We will be back soon to try other dishes because they promise to be good as well as fresh. Friendly and attentive staff congratulations!!!

06/01/2025: We had dinner for the first time on 12/31/24 and we really enjoyed both the fish-based dinner and the very courteous and friendly staff. We will be back...thank you.... in fact yesterday 5th January as promised I was I came back to try the pizza and in this case too it satisfies...

19/01/2025: Local near the lake shore with beautiful views. It has both an internal part and an outdoor area. The dishes are plentiful, well prepared and tasty. the staff is helpful and smiling. Sometimes the service could be more attentive. Overall the experience at this restaurant was positive.

02/11/2024: The service was Ok. In my opinioni the food a way less. I have ordered a filet of scottona. It was un-cooked. They said 'it was raw' - for me was just un-cooked and not eatable .Very disappointing. The tuna carbonara is just a bad invention. Just don't order. As italian I wouldn't recommend this restaurant or just avoid thise dishes. Maybe other dishes are Better. Who knows? I will not go back there so I will never know.

20/09/2024: Siamo stati in questo ristorante domenica 15/9 io e mia moglie dopo aver visitato il Castello di Angera. Purtroppo non ci siamo trovati bene. Dopo avere ordinato il vino che non c'era x ben 2 volte, Abbiamo optato per una bottiglia della sicilia. Molto buona devo dire. Ci hanno chiesto 3 volte se volevamo dell'acqua e gentilmente abbiamo declinato con la promessa che se ci fosse venuta sete l'avremmo chiesta noi. Come primo il raviolo con pesce di lago. Fatto a mano sicuramente ma senza carattere e senza un pensiero dietro, con una salsa di pomodoro che spegneva i pochi sapori. Il fritto non era fatto male, ma erano quasi tutte verdure e pochissimo pesce; un errore o un piatto furbo? Mia moglie non è riuscita a mangiare le verdure grigliate in quanto le melanzane erano crude. La cameriera ci ha chiesto se non ci erano piaciute e abbiamo detto che non sapevamo se erano buone o no perché erano crude e quindi non mangiabili. Le abbiamo chiesto gentilmente di segnalarlo in cucina. Delusi dopo avere pranzato chiediamo il conto: dove abbiamo dovuto farci togliere l'acqua che non avevamo preso, e le verdure grigliate non ci erano state tolte. 113,00 euro. La prossima volta da quelle parti andremo a mangiarci una pizza. Peccato perché la location merita.

29/08/2024: The room had a wonderful view of the lake, was clean and very spacious. The bathroom was also large, bright and had many kits for any type of forgetfulness or emergency (for example the sewing kit or the one with toothbrush and dental floss). The room was also equipped with a TV with Sky services and air conditioning. We also had the opportunity to have dinner at this hotel using a previously purchased smartbox and were pleasantly surprised: the food was excellent especially the fish which we felt was fresh. The staff was welcoming, helpful and thanks to this we felt at home.
