21/02/2026: We had lunch at this trattoria, and as for the food, there's nothing to complain about: it was truly delicious. Unfortunately, however, the service leaves much to be desired, almost terrible.
From the moment we sat down, we waited a good 25 minutes just for water. Furthermore, the attitude of the waitress (a curly redhead) was completely unprofessional: she seemed annoyed and unwilling to interact with customers. A smile and a modicum of friendliness really make a difference in the restaurant industry.
It's a shame, because the quality of the dishes deserves much better.

08/03/2026: I happened to enter the place and I head everything looked delicious, I followed the recommendation of the waitress and I loved it, products of Italian tradition unmissable. 🤤💖
12/10/2025: Perfect Italian cafe! Family feel with good coffee and great desserts. Perfect spot for an authentic breakfast and coffee feel on ur way into the hustle and bustle of the touristy areas or before catching the train at sant’agnello

16/12/2025: I went to the restaurant last week while passing through. The food was good, although the prices were a bit steep. Moreover, they offered the daily menu to the workers, and I only a la carte, since I was wearing a tie.
The girl's friendliness needs to be reconsidered.

28/10/2025: I went to dinner with some colleagues three days ago and found the food excellent and plentiful. The place is very quiet. I recommend it.
11/09/2025: It's a quiet hotel in the middle of the woods (the waterfall opposite is spectacular) and is in a great location for hikers (close to trails and the chairlift). It has an '80s style; that's its charm, but some things could be improved. The rooms are always clean. The breakfast service could be improved, but dinner is excellent (always generous). It's also ideal for celiacs. The owner is always kind and helpful, but I prefer not to comment on his wife's situation after last night's episode.

28/07/2025: I stayed here once where I spent a night with a dinner/breakfast option. Dinner was poor, I'd say nonexistent, with no appetizers, which is usually found in buffet hotels. For my first course, I chose pizzoccheri, which was nothing good. In theory, a complete dinner should include a second course, a side dish, dessert, or fruit, none of the above. I asked for a second course, and there was no second course. They brought me a plate of bresaola. Breakfast was poor, with MD discount products. The hotel was nice only for sleeping, clean, and friendly staff. Otherwise, nothing good.
