02/01/2026: We went for lunch on New Year's Eve. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, and the location is fantastic, with a view of the snow-capped peaks and green meadows. I recommend stopping here for anyone who happens to be walking across the Tibetan bridge. Wonderful. Federica

15/02/2026: We had dinner at this restaurant on Valentine's Day, and the experience was very disappointing. The place is certainly beautiful and welcoming, but the service was subpar. We ordered at 8:20 PM, and the appetizers, which arrived cold and of modest quality, arrived an hour later. We had to wait another half hour for the pizzoccheri, which arrived only after we requested them at the front desk, without even a hint of displeasure regarding the dinner's progress. The pizzoccheri, however, were certainly good. The dessert trolley service, on the other hand, was efficient, with the only waiter being kind and helpful. In addition to the wait times, the dining room was practically unattended, with people constantly exiting through the emergency exit, creating a chilly atmosphere in a room that wasn't warm to begin with.
