29/12/2024: It's my safe haven for when I come with friends to my house in Aprica and in the evening we want to indulge in the whim of tasting some typical food. Small place with lots of tables close together but a very pleasant atmosphere, with super helpful and friendly staff. As for the food, I consider it simple but of excellent quality throughout, in fact it is ideal for letting those who don't know them too closely taste sciatt and pizzoccheri. The second courses are also very tasty, such as pork shank or lamb. All of this is then accompanied by an excellent range of wines. The prices are not low but in line with other typical restaurants I have been to.

29/12/2024: We have been going to the Piccolo Chalet for so long (an obligatory stop every time we are in Aprica) and we have such a good time every time, that you think and take for granted that, looking at the Internet, it is the best place to eat in town. And when you realize that this isn't the case (even if almost...) then maybe it's also your fault, because so far you've contributed to not reviewing a place that deserves 5 stars! The environment is small but very nice and well-kept and Monica is a hostess who, together with her family, makes this place shine with her friendliness, helpfulness and competence. On the menu, alongside the delicious traditional dishes such as pizzoccheri and sciatt, there are some gems, such as the touching game ravioli with Sassella reduction. The cellar is very varied and well-stocked and Monica knows how to advise you excellently in case of indecision. The prices are appropriate to what you eat and drink: of course, if you think clichély about spending little just because you are in the mountains, then you are off track. Furthermore, there are places in other mountain resorts that are perhaps more famous on paper where you spend significantly more to eat worse! In summary: if you come to Aprica, you can't miss going! Reservation is recommended

04/01/2025: I'm sorry to give one star because as a bar it's enviable, but having booked the trays of stuffed focaccia and pizza for the 31st, once I got home, I found the pizza burnt on top (which obviously doesn't happen if you order the aperitif on site ) and the dry, unfilled focaccia. Maybe it was an exception because it was December 31st and they had a lot of orders, but it would be more correct to tell customers that they couldn't manage the reservation rather than doing it badly.

01/01/2025: I'm a regular customer when I come here on holiday, but if I have to be called a pain in the ass just because the wrong receipt came out and I was waiting for the right one, I don't like it. The owner was arranging the receipt machine with a gentleman, who was also very kind, but I'm sorry, she made a mistake and I felt offended. I will consider returning if I receive an apology.

26/12/2024: My personal experience was terrible. I have a 16 month old son. I had asked for the simple tomato pasta to take away! Meanwhile the lady came into the kitchen and started laughing, she was really disliked... then once I got home I looked and found the tagliatelle raw with a dash of tomato, but I really guzzled! I asked for grana padano and it wasn't there. All this cost 8 euros. Obviously threw everything away! Never again 😩

05/01/2025: Mediocre food, BAD service, comfortable enough environment, nothing more. Sciat good but tiny (4/8 were practically just dough, 0 cheese) at 13.50 (?!). Platter with cheeses and porcini mushrooms arrives only with cheeses and the porcini mushrooms are served only after having been pointed out... good cheeses but porcini mushrooms taken from the drain and served with seed oil... Polenta with porcini mushrooms NINETEEN EURO: porcini mushrooms always taken from the drain, tasteless, the taste of butter and flour prevailed in the sauce; good polenta but tiny portion (19€?!). BAD service: in addition to the above-mentioned oversight, the waiter didn't know whether the porcini mushrooms were frozen or not (should I ask the chef to find out? Or find tasteless, squalid porcini mushrooms in the surprise dish? At least use a good frozen one and don't submerge them in flour...) . Really bad experience and in the end no one ordered a second course because the experience of the first was enough for us. I don't know how it works during the year but in high season it is NOT RECOMMENDED.

12/01/2025: My fixed stop when I go to All'Aprica, the staff is very kind, the place is suitable for couples. But also to families. The only thing is that it's not very easy to find parking.

04/01/2025: The beauty of the place and the quality of the food are really worth a visit to this restaurant. The owner is always attentive to customer requests, always dispensing a smile for everyone. Dining room staff attentive to our needs. You can find refined dishes, of absolutely top quality raw materials and very well served. You may spend a little more than the average restaurant in Aprica but it is absolutely worth coming and trying it. Definitely recommended and we will be back.

29/09/2024: As promised I returned to this hotel...excellent welcome from Cinzia and Augusta...very spacious top suite all in wood, large bathroom and a large balcony overlooking the ski slopes...excellent cleanliness both in the hotel and in the beautiful spa, the breakfast with typical local products was superb... I will definitely be back as soon as possible... highly recommended!!!

22/12/2024: Cibo buono,location calda ed accogliente, servizio attento,conto da rivedere. Non potete lasciare uno scontrino con scritto BAR RISTORANTE e le cifre di fianco e il totale all fine. Vi sareste potuti “degnare” dato quanto accaduto in fase di servizio di fare uno sconto sul piatto di mia figlia o recuperare con ,posso offrirvi un amaro? Invece no : pagato un piatto intero di pasta quando invece,a causa di un incidente in fase di servizio , forse mia figlia avrà mangiato 20 grammi. Non devo essere io a dirvi come fidelizzare i clienti. Dovreste saperlo voi. Fortunatamente eravamo solo di passaggio
