We had a great time.
The atmosphere was great, even for the animals.

A family-friendly, welcoming, and clean atmosphere.
Abundant and hearty portions.
Friendly service. Excellent cured meats. Pizza also available at lunchtime. Reservations recommended.
03/05/2026: A good trattoria in the Oltrepò region, with simple, tasty food and moderate prices. They say the pizza is also particularly good, but I've never tried it.

23/05/2026: I have to say, it's truly delicious. I haven't seen such underrated cuisine in years. I'm truly happy to have been there, and I recommend Trieste residents and tourists who want to eat good, quality food at a low price in the city center to come here.
The owner is truly a gentleman with a heart of gold, truly pampering (as they say in Trieste), and truly puts his heart and soul into his restaurant.
To conclude, I'd like to reiterate that this is a very underrated place because in the center of Trieste (Via San Niccolò) you won't find places this beautiful and delicious at such fair prices!
