30/09/2025: Attended a birthday party. The food wasn't particularly fancy. The piadinas were filled only with tuna and vegetables. The drinks weren't bad. The Negroni wasn't well-dosed. Thanks ☺️

10/09/2025: I ordered a cappuccino to go: when I opened the glass, I found only a drop of coffee and a drop of milk. I wonder: why? What does the café gain by serving it like this? If I buy a cappuccino, even to go, I want it full, not half empty.

06/10/2025: Excellent croissants in a modern and friendly atmosphere. Excellent breakfast, but also lunch, pastries, breads, and healthy options. Helpful and friendly staff. Right in the heart of Monza.

27/09/2025: We had breakfast here on a busy Saturday and one of the staff members went above and beyond to help us non Italian speakers understand the menu and to place our order. The fresh juice was delicious and so was the pinsa! Another staff member also came with some candy for our dogs. All in all highly recommend!

11/10/2025: Unwatchable, I ordered takeout pizza and it arrived on time and good. I ordered a Coke (which I didn't know in the app until the delivery driver arrived that it was free) and they didn't bring it because I hadn't paid for it. I asked for the Coke and went to get the money, but he didn't have it with him and I had to wait another few minutes. UNWATCHABLE NEVER AGAIN

08/09/2025: We stayed near Café Segantini while in Monza for the F1 Grand Prix and it quickly became our go-to spot every morning before heading to the track. The coffee was excellent, but what really made it special was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and patient with us—even though we spoke very little Italian, they went out of their way to chat in English and make us feel at home. By the time we left, it honestly felt like saying goodbye to friends. A truly warm and memorable part of our trip—grazie mille! 🙏🇮🇹

03/10/2025: I was with my son and tried to use the app to place an order, but the staff didn't give me time to explain and were rude. It was a difficult experience, and I hope respect and understanding are part of the service.

28/09/2025: Located near the station, but to get in you have to pass through crowds of people constantly loitering, there are no self-service checkouts, and the staff is slow and uninterested.

27/09/2025: If there weren't any bands playing, the place would be empty; a nice place, great acoustics, the waitress from the East points out, but the food leaves something to be desired: the burgers are too dry, like the bread that breaks when you pick up the sauce packets. They're covered in chips and it's unhygienic. There's not much beer on tap, the prices for drinks are high, as is the cost of seeing the band, which has increased to €5.

18/09/2025: good bakery in a nice spot in Monza good baked goods, simple but not very attentive service, the platter with baked goods although very good with aperitif for 2 people 20 euros 2 bottled beers but it consisted of 2 slices of focaccia and a pizza, it should be taken care of considerably if you want to increase in this solution excellent potential,

27/07/2025: I arrived around 5:30 PM. The tables were 20 centimeters apart. I could hear the conversations of the people at my neighbors more than the voice of the friend I was sitting with. The pigeons were eating the crumbs from the next table. And to make matters worse, the waitress asked me to pay immediately, not after I'd finished my drink, looking at me like I was a thief. There was no receipt. Congratulations. I wanted to order another drink, but I got up and went to another bar for an aperitif. Terrible.

11/06/2025: Lovely little veranda café-bar in the heart of the greenery of Monza Park. Terrace. Quiet in the morning, livelier at midday and in the evening. Friendly staff

21/07/2025: I expected something more in terms of flavour for the veg dishes, the staff was friendly.

08/07/2025: Good food, original and fun vegan options, and a lovely place. The only downside is that it's almost impossible to contact Hug online, and nowhere does it say they only accept reservations by phone (unlike many other places). Despite that, on the day of my reservation, I tried to call to say I was running late. I tried five times, and it was still busy... I'll be back, but I won't make the mistake of trying to book again.

09/10/2025: Not recommended. I never write negative reviews, but this time I had no choice. A dish served with a hair, prices higher than the menu without any warning, and a bill that was €20 more than it should have been. Avoid.

06/09/2025: I've never seen worse service, an hour of waiting for a table and another hour for a plate of pasta... only two girls to manage everything, you ask for something and obviously a second later it's all forgotten.

15/10/2025: Lunch with 2 colleagues. We sat down and were served by a non-Italian employee who didn't speak any. She understood Italian very well. We asked for wine and she brought us Coke. We asked for a slice of ortolana pizza with slices of spicy salami and she brought us 2 slices instead of 1. She just pointed out the problem in a polite manner. On our part, the lady started cursing us, saying it was our fault and that we hadn't explained ourselves well. Instead, it was she who didn't understand Italian well. Until she started swearing at us. I asked to speak to a manager and the pizza chef showed up saying he was the one responsible. He defended his colleague and also swore at us? Asking us to leave in a very rude manner. A very disrespectful and shameful attitude on the part of Spontini employees. The management should intervene with disciplinary action against these two employees. I remember that the Spontini store was the one on Monza's Via Italia. A SHAME! AVOID IT!

07/09/2025: I ordered 4 pizzas and had to wait 20 minutes. People who came after me were eating and I was waiting. Unfortunately, the waiter was to blame. I had to wait 20 minutes, then they left. Congratulations 👏👏

23/10/2025: A truly disappointing experience. I came for lunch with a friend and unfortunately we found a hair on our plate. The worst part was the staff's reaction, who instead of apologizing accused us of having put it there on purpose because "we didn't like the dish." I find this behavior absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional, especially considering that the hair was black and short, while I have blonde, curly hair and my friend has long, light brown hair. We wanted to have a quiet lunch, but we left feeling really annoyed. We definitely won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this experience to anyone looking for a restaurant that respects their customers.

22/10/2025: A friend and I went to this place because it was very beautiful and had very good reviews. After the evening, I don't understand these reviews. Once seated at our table, we prepared to book via QR code, selecting the dinner menu (all you can eat) for €30, a price that seemed justified, especially considering the photos of the food on the menu. Never have expectations been so misleading; what you see on the menu doesn't even remotely reflect what you'll be served. For example, the fried hossomaki are half the size of those shown in the photos. Furthermore, the situation gets worse when the food I eat doesn't taste interesting, oscillating between student cafeteria flavors and food soaked in spices and therefore lacking a distinct flavor based on the ingredients. I'd like to commend both the service, which, aside from a few niggles, was quick and efficient, and the ambiance, which is nevertheless very elegant and intimate.

24/09/2025: I came to get a piadina yesterday... horrible experience with the cashier. First of all, she didn't say hello or smile (and so far I can understand why being forcedly polite can be a drag sometimes), she took my order and left me the receipt with the number, throwing it to me and walking away without saying a word. I was also kind because I said I also had some change in case it was useful for change, basically. When I picked up the piadina, there were two bags but I didn't know which one was mine. She didn't hand me the bag but started looking at the two bags and at me as if I were stupid and didn't know which one to get, and she looked at me waiting for me to take it. Then I asked "is everything okay?" to ask if I had gotten the right package and she gave me a disgusted look like "uhm yeah????" Anyway, extremely rude and I didn't respond rudely only so as not to make her look bad. Really mean, mean, rude, I hope she gets sent away.

31/08/2025: Friendly staff, excellent piadinas. Unfortunately, the seating area in the mall is rather shabby.

21/10/2025: As soon as we had breakfast, in addition to being slow as almost always, I was the only order waiting and instead of preparing it, the girls were busy chatting.... I had to go and get the order, the girl at the MC café was not at all friendly.

21/10/2025: Very well located, clean, fast service But I wonder why there isn't a roundabout to get back to the shopping area instead of driving all the way to get to the road.
