Osteria Le Due Colonne

01/08/2026: Mrs. Piera welcomes you as you walk through the door of the Due Colonne Restaurant and Kitchen, and will escort you to your table.
The restaurant is located in Albignano, a hamlet of Truccazzano, where the Anguissola counts (who were lords of Albignano, a hamlet of Truccazzano (Milan), from 1580 to 1841) built a monumental, unfinished neoclassical palace in the village on the ruins of an ancient castle, retaining ownership of the structure until 1864.
But back to us and to Signora Piera, who, with the help of her (formidable) staff, both inside and outside the kitchen, lets you experience incredible stories, of rice dipping into basil, foaming waves of burrata, ravioli that frequent different company, preferring bacon and egg yolk to the usual ragù, pork that bends over backwards to give you the best of itself, marrying beans, onions, and peppers, or else with other farmyard animals to roll in white tagliatelle.
Vegetables that always want to be served alongside the Milanese cutlet (the one on the bone).
A very important point to make: the "Cotoletta" has been ranked among the top 10 best restaurants in Milan.
...I don't want to keep you too long, but I recommend you visit Ms. Piera and her staff and let them tell you all the other sweet and savory stories I haven't told you. IT'S REALLY WORTH IT.

Dined here for a Lions Club event. Wonderful aperitif: delicious meat tartare, cheeses, and delicious prosciutto!
Very good dinner.
It's not a restaurant; it's only open for events by reservation, but I highly recommend it.
The service was prompt and prompt, and everyone was very friendly.
Congratulations on the excellent organization!
07/06/2026: Located in the countryside of the Milanese province, Antico Podere is a beautiful place surrounded by greenery. It exudes an ancient and profoundly peaceful atmosphere. I've been there on two different occasions (two weddings), and both times I thoroughly enjoyed the service, the excellent food, and the atmosphere.

Sunday lunch to celebrate a birthday. There were eight of us, and we were all delighted with the food, service, and location.
Excellent food with generous portions, and extremely kind and helpful staff. We had lunch outside in a truly relaxing atmosphere. We'll be back soon!

04/08/2025: I won't list all the problems we've encountered. 30-minute delays on delivery, etc.
I'll just say that we ordered two pizzas that included prosciutto. We picked them up and took them home. We ended up with half a pizza with prosciutto and half with what looks like speck. When we called, they said it was prosciutto with pepper. Too bad that when you change an ingredient, you still have to let them know because you don't know if you're dealing with someone who can't eat it or doesn't like it. Never again!

27/10/2025: My niece's baptism aperitif was wonderful. Everyone was very friendly, every course was beautifully served, and everything was delicious. We'll definitely be back.
26/10/2025: We stayed at this farmhouse to celebrate our daughter's baptism and opted for a reception with various appetizers and cured meats, followed by a cake. The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. Choosing the outdoor veranda was a great choice because it's very spacious.

01/08/2026: Nothing special, just renovated, like all McDonald's, the only positive note close to home and from Friday night service with drive..... the entrance is not easy, poorly lit with no signs, the desserts need reviewing, we had a tiramisu and a chocolate cake dry and spongy probably there since this morning..... for 11 euros including a tea I would say excessive given the quality.....
30/07/2026: I downgraded my review because... they do everything with their bare hands; first they make your sandwich, then they scratch your hair, and then they put another slice of cheese in your sandwich with their hands...
I tried to return, and you have to take another star off.... Inside, it's freezing cold, plus I hear disgusting comments from the staff. Outside, there's dirt on the floor and tables, and the smell is of garbage mixed with vomit.

04/07/2025: Ho trascorso questa serata con un' amica, mangiato malissimo.pizza immangiabile c'era solo salsa pomodoro (tantissima)che potevamo cucinare due spaghetti.doveva essere pizza con mozzarella di bufala che non c'era .panino sembrava de congelato .Non torneremo mai più
