I would like to suggest to the staff to decrease the amount of salt in the pizza dough. Too salty for me, the ideal would be 16/18g per 1kg of flour. For the rest, an excellent quality pizza, congratulations indeed

as always friendly and professional.....the pizzas are nothing short of spectacular, unique from the dough to the selected products that fill them... ..one better than the other...very good.

Ottima e molto varia proposta con pizze classiche e regionali sia basse che al trancio, focacce, calzoni, panini e sfiziosissimi antipasti come gnocco fritto alette di pollo speziate olive ascolane crocchette di patate insomma quanto basta per soddisfare ogni palato. Molto interessante la pizza del mese, a Gennaio ad esempio la "Buenos Aires" con mozzarella, cipolle bianche saltate al pepe, roast beaf e.... "chimichurri" ovvero un tipo di salsa verde utilizzata, anche nella marinatura delle preparazioni, per la carne alla griglia originaria dell'Argentina.
