As soon as you walk in, you immediately smell the aroma of the authentic wood-fired oven, which makes you hungry before you even sit down. The atmosphere is simple but refined, the kind that makes you feel right at home. Then it arrives: the pizza. High crust, slightly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, the lightest dough that doesn't weigh you down even after eating a whole one (and trust me, you could easily eat two). The ingredients? Super fresh, flavorful, you can tell this isn't just any old thing. I had a classic Margherita and... wow. Perfect tomato sauce, melt-in-the-mouth mozzarella, fragrant basil. Simple, but impeccably made. That's when you realize the difference. Fast service, friendly, smiling staff, something that's no longer a given. Very fair prices for the quality they offer. Honestly?
